Purchased a second hand 2018 Mazda from this dealer. Upon returning home the first thing I had to do was spend one hour cleaning the inside of the car due to sticky finger print marks everywhere,the driver matt had large holes in it and is no use what so ever, why would a dealership sell a car with holes in the mat for? (probably switched from another vehicle). The salesman told me that both sets of keys had new batteries installed only to find out two weeks later a warning lamp appeared with the key symbol, yes both sets of batteries where flat so I had been lied to. As a result of what I consider poor customer service you have lost my business on servicing our Mazda's. As i work shifts I do not have the time to run around returning vehicles, purchased from a dealer, they should be in top standard when selling them.

If they showed as much attention to your requests than call you or email with junk mail it would be so much better.and i wouldn't need to go elsewhere for a car.avoid this garage at all costs

Had an accident in my car (not my fault) while it was in the workshop we decided to change it when it came back. Went to Lodge garages just to look on Tuesday, found one we liked all was proceeding at the usual pace. Suddenly next day Wednesday phone call from insurers my car has been written off, now big panic they want the courtesy car back. Panic phone call to Lodge, they were brilliant got the car we had chosen turned around and ready by Friday (three days) marvellous.

Love my new car. Great Customer service….. as always.

I took my Lexus for a service and it was all done in a few hours at a really competitive price. An excellent and efficient slick operation. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased a used 3 year old car from The Lodge Garage, Aylesbury today. The customer service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the garage were very efficient. The car I purchased was priced sensibly and there were no long waits, no haggling, no trying to sell me things I didn’t want and other silly tactics that I have encountered in the past at some other dealers. The car is driving beautifully and is super on the motorway. A big thank you to everybody involved.
