They were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They also gave me a fair price and a full years MOT. I bought my BMW from Loft and Son, I had not used them before. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They were a good bunch of lads, very friendly, helpful and honest. They showed me around, helped me find the right car and they made sure I was 100 percent happy before leaving their premises. It really was a top service provided to me by these guys. I've never used them before but I would not think twice about coming here again when I need to.

Kirk is a really nice chap and very genuine, he made the transaction really smooth and simple. The car is spotless and runs like a dream, I couldn't have asked for more! I recommend you all to use this car sales company and I will be back here again when I'm looking for something new.

I bought a Ford Fiesta as a stop gap because I had a Vauxhall Astra from them also which I was unable to tax because the V62 got lost and we had to apply for a new one. Danny was upfront and honest about this which put full trust in him to buy another car off them. I have now sold the Ford Fiesta and i've got everything sorted with my Vauxhall Astra and I'm totally thrilled to bits with everything. I have recommend Loft & Son to a few friends and I know I would use them again if i'm ever looking to purchase a reliable cheap car again.

Seen the car I liked online, so I gave them a call and spoke to Kirk who was very helpful and I arranged for me to go and look at the car which I decided to get from them. Kirk and the team were very efficient and got things done in no time at all so I did not have to sit around for ages which everyone would want and I could not have asked for a better service from them. They were happy to answer any of my queries and the car itself was well maintained and in excellent condition when it got handed over to me.

When the car was delivered I noticed it did not come with a spare tire so I called them to let them know and they got one sorted for me really quickly. I'm so impressed by everything that they did for me and i'm chuffed to bits with my new car, it drives so well. I would shop here again when I'm looking to upgrade my motor.

I recently purchased a BMW for my son from Loft & Son Trading, at first there were a few issues with the car but they were quick to get everything sorted for me. Danny and Holly are the nicest people you could meet and they went the extra mile to make sure we were fully satisfied with everything.
