I found my experience with Loft and Son to be great! The guys in the garage were most helpful and useful. I bought a Nissan Micra and its being doing great since the purchase. Overall I would rate them four out of five stars because there is always room for improvement even if it is only tiny!

I would honest rate my experience down in Nottingham at loft and Son 5 out of 5 stars. The service was honestly great and the Fiat Punto is running smoothly, the car gets me from A to B safely and smoothly and that does the job for me. the car is suitable for what I need it for and I was satisfied with the way I was treated during the time I sent at the dealership.
