The staff were really nice and I know I can call them if I need anything from them. I live quite local to them and I've passed them a few times prior so I went there when I was looking for a car. I've already recommended them to a friend who also made a purchase. No faults to say about them at all, the process was super easy.

Everything was going great up until the car actually arrived. I’d been searching for this exact spec Jeep for what felt like forever so I was really excited to have finally found one. Unfortunately when it arrived, I was disappointed to find it hadn’t been properly valeted which took the shine off it a bit. I called LMC and to be fair, they sent over a payment to cover the cost of putting it right, so I really appreciated their acknowledgement.

I'm a fairly easy customer to please, but the staff at the dealership were ever so helpful so I’ve got no complaints. I’m still getting used to all the features and functions of the car—the Kia Niro's are super modern and there’s a lot I don’t understand just yet, but I’m definitely getting there.

It was my partner that found LMC through Autotrader so we decided to go and have a look at the car. Ghengis was the name of the guy who dealt with me and answered any questions we had, he was lovely. We will definitely go back when we're in need of another car.
