The experience I had with Will From LMC was brilliant!

The after sales care has been great. They will most likely be my first stop when it comes to our next car.

I had been searching for a while and was particularly interested in buying an Audi Q3. However, when I went to LMC, they had a good variety of cars. I met Ali, the salesman, who showed me a few different options and that’s when I saw my new red Mercedes GLB. Everything on the day of the sale was good. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because my radio and washer jets don’t work. I have tried a few times to speak to the dealer, but I have been on hold for ages and can never seem to get through.

I found the car online through Car Gurus and on the day of purchasing the car the salesman was good, I think his name is Yousef. It is a shame that the car only has one key, I didn't know that on buying the car, it is inconvenience with trying to connect 2 people to the car and its expensive to replace. Also one of the charging ports don't work.

I wanted a Model Y and LMC are local to me. It was the grey colour I wanted and it was the right price. I think the salesman’s name was William; he was good and everything went well. If I was to give any feedback, it would be that the preparation of my car could have been better.

I bought the car online due to being out of the country at the time, that process was really easy. When I picked the car up I did have some concerns with the mileage discrepancy from advertised to what was on it. Also I wanted to cancel my service plan and when I phoned up I was told I was over the period I could cancel it. I am getting on with the T Cross very well and I would recommend to friends.... just go and see the car first.

This is the second time I have bought a car from them, the mileage was good and the price was OK 🤣I have already referred my friends to them. The staff are amazing.... excellent sellers!

I did extensive online research and picked LMC. I went to their website and found a few Tesla's that I liked. I had a test drive and things went very well. I requested a couple of things which were done. Car is ok so far. I contacted the dealership to get a diagnostic as there is an intermittent rattling sound but the sales process itself was easy. It was smooth, nothing was a hard sell.

Great service, car is fab, have recommended to other. Very pleased.

Purchased an 73 plate renault hybrid ,was a long distance sale ,images of car looked great on autotrader ,when to collect car ,sorted paperwork ,car was then brought to front of reception , car had various dents ,marks to nearly every panel ,bonnet had large stone chip in it and big scratch swirling around it .like end of a knife would make , had a warning light on dash ," outside noise failure " as it was a hybrid wasnt making the humming noise to alert pedestrians ,ws told needs to go to dealers to be sorted ,was promised refund on deposit to sort various paint issues ,took car as i,m in motor trade so paint wasnt major issues ,should have been sorted b4 but ? ,i didnt drive car for a couple of days when i did could not drive comfotable as lumber support air bag in drivers seat had failed ,showing as a fault ,so massage function woundn't work it was like having someones knee in the seat back , reported all this to finance co ,emaied lmc no reply from them , only had it a full week came home to car leaking loads of fluid from front looked like coolant , but wasn't sure where from as they was 4 different cooling tanks underbonnet ,this was the final straw ,we rejected vehicle ,emailed lmc again no contact , had an independent inspection done for the rejection process ,various other things came to light ,engine oil overfilled by nearly 2 litres ,leaking rear shocker ,rear seat damage , bering in mind this car was given a full mot 2 days before we collected ,ps never recieved the deposit back ,and still to date no contact from lmc ,car was collected an gone to auction as lmc would not even take car back , was really looking forward to getting this model car but the whole thing as been a massive nightmare from the offset , not what you expect for an 18k vehicle !!!!!!.
