BE AWARE BUYERS Please take few minutes to read before purchasing vehicles from this dealership. I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle is not fit for purpose, even though it had a recent MOT with no advisory which was carried out 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Which would not even pass the MOT with 3 bold tyres, all four pads and disc also the shock absorber leaking. I am very surprised how it passed the MOT. Only done 200 miles after from the recorded miles of the MOT. Which I don’t believe all this could have happened within that some milage. From my understanding they know the MOT tester who is passing vehicles which is not fit for the road. The sales person only pointed out about needing a starter motor but failed to inform of the other faults. He is a very sweet talker as a sales person to sell vehicles that are not fit for purpose. He sat in the office saying there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle apart from the starter motor. Even though I opened up and said I’m struggling financially as I am having my first child. I have spent £890 from the second day of purchasing the vehicle that’s without the starter motor. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through what I have from this dealership. I have called everyday to speak to the sales person or the person In charge always been told you will get a call back as they busy with customers. They don’t treat you as customer after you have spend your honest earning in this struggling time. If they provide a MOT from Richings Park Mot Centre LTD be aware. Mileage was incorrect from the advertising of auto trader. This is evil robbery of innocent people from such a big dealership.
