Recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa for my son who has just turned 17 from Long Eaton Motor Company. The cars condition far exceeded anything we had seen previously and this was prior to any service or valet. When we actually picked the car up a few days later it had been serviced, tyres replaced and valeted to a high standard and we were very impressed. Scott who dealt with the sale was very professional and knowledgeable about the car when explaining things to my son. The car came with a 3 month warranty and when I had the vehicle inspected independently the only issue that was found were two small holes in the exhaust, when I contacted Scott he told me to drop the car back to him and he would sort out the issue. When we collected the car a few days late he had replaced the whole section of exhaust. This was fantastic to hear and further backed up my thoughts that they really are a genuine dealership who care about their customers. As a result I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, in fact we are looking to replace our own car and will be keeping a very keen eye on their stock. Well done Scott and the team!

We were so pleased that we chose Long Eaton Motor Company to go and look at cars to buy our daughter her first car. They were really helpful, not at all pushy. A nice genuine family business, Father, Son & Grandson. We were able to take a Vauxhall Corsa for a test drive, our daughter loved it so we put a deposit on the car. They told us they would MOT the car and sort any advisories and previous advisories and true to their word they did. When we picked the car up a sensor light lit up on our 1 hour journey home, Dale (the owner) gave us the choice of bringing it back or taking it to our local garage and he would pay the bill-which he did. (the sensor light is apparently a common problem on Vauxhall Corsa's). We would like to thank them all for their help and would not hesitate to use them again.

I purchased an audi tt for my wife from Long Eaton Motor Company. Despite offering only £200 below the asking price the car was delivered with a fat battery that was defunct. They did change this however I was very disappointed that this was not sorted beforehand. I had the vehicle inspected and it was deemed to be unsafe to drive..the following work had to be completed - abs sensor £100...brake flexis £230...cv gaiter clip £90...rear coil spring £100...this was just to make the car safe to drive..i also had to have a new air pipe £141...rocker cover gasket £40...new dipstick £15.....they claimed to have performed a service on the vehicle prior to purchase and stamped the book..however a service was not completed and they ticked the oil change box in the service book but did not put anywhere near enough oil in it..at which point they would have realised that the dipstick was broken in two..utter shambles of a purchase. I never bothered taking the car back to them as the shambles with the service demonstrated to me that they couldn't be relied on...DO NOT GO HERE.

I have had a really good experience with Long Eaton Motor Company. I bought a Honda jazz from them at the start of this year and I am very happy with it. When I received it, it was lovely and clean and just as described and up to now I have had no issues with it. I am happy with the value for money and I would recommend this dealership.

Really good experience with Long Eaton Motor Company! Only issue was a slight lack off communication when it came to the payment but other than that I can't fault them! The car was in brilliant condition and excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend them!

This dealership was perfect, I dealt with Scott and he was so helpful, showed me round the car, knew his stuff and explained everything thoroughly, got the car serviced and ready to go, I couldn't say anything bad about them, best service I've ever had from a dealership. Few weeks later I had a service light come on so I called them up, they were helpful over the phone and just said bring it in and we will sort it. I will definitely be going back again for my next car.

I would happily use Long Eaton Motor Company again in the future, when I got the car it only had 2 months MOT left and when I brought it up they did a brand new MOT, serviced the car and gave me a warranty at no extra cost.
