Lovely car Bought 4 year ago a3 diesel 61 plate. It has never let me down apart from one tyre, break pads and discs which is obviously Wear and tear . I had a leak in water filter so I changed the timing belt aswel,as it was recommended . Lucky for me! my brother is a mechanic, so labour the is cheap. Service when i bought it was poor, I was assured the car was taxed! till I had a fine through the post, saying it wasent ! I was promised a full tank of diesel when I bought it ! I'm still waiting on that lol... I'm lucky the manager paid the fine tho. I'm now looking at updating my vehicle, but I don't think I will go back to here. But to be fair the car has been good . It's a shame because I think the service is a huge part of the buyers experience! And will gain custom / trust in the future . Hopefully the company will realise that and learn for the future.

I have had the most horrendous experience with Longlands Cars in Stockton. It has been a living nightmare. The car I purchased and repeatedly had to make a 100 mile journey to rectify has never been solved. Was taken advantage of as a woman. Michael is all smiley smiley, happy chappy till something goes wrong. I am now in so much debt as I bought a car from here that had that many faults that I could not keep returning. Not only was it costing a fortune on Petrol but the car was not safe to be driven in. Every time I came I was expected to go across the road out of the way to a pub restaurant. Michael although promises to reimburse my costs till today never has. The car would get sorted and fault lights would come on. Currently the whole brake light goes off. Feel so upset by this all and I have sunk in to depression. I wish someone could rescue me from this nightmare.

Having traveled from Manchester to view an Audi A3, I was greeted by Trevor when I arrived at the forecourt. He swiftly showed me the vehicle and went through a full inspection so I could fully check it out. More than happy with the condition of the vehicle I went ahead with the sale. The car was then delivered to Manchester and has ran like a dream since. Great service guys - cheers!

I bought my Mercedes from longhands car sales in October and found them very friendly and helpful without being pushy which can be intimidating for me as woman buyer .. Delighted with my car and highly recommend .

I have recently pruchased a 3 series from Longlands. Better than the photos on the website, prepared to a very high standard. Had a minor issue with a bit of interior trim that was rectified immediately. Highly recommended and will certainly use Longlands again.

Unreliable and give false promises. Manager over ruled staff member who sold the car to us and sold it himself for a quicker sale. when was promised to be held and was advised we did not need to leave a deposit as was travelling a long way for the car. Then had another staff member call to deliver news that the manager had sold car just as about to setting off (3 hour drive). We complained to the manager who was not helpful and argumentative but stated he would cancel the sale and retrieve the car as he was admittedly worry, but again rubbish customer service and did not return calls for two weeks. Please do not buy from Longlands Cars.

Do NOT buy a car from Longlands Cars in Stockton. The after sales care is appalling. I had issues with the vehicle when I bought it. Longlands Cars agreed to rectify the problems but trying to get them to sort it was horrendous. They agreed to collect it but failed to turn up. It was eventually collected but they failed to complete all of the work. I have also not received my 1 year RAC warranty which they stated they would provided me with after 3 months. I have chased this on numerous occasions and am now considering taking legal action against them in respect of recovering the warranty.

Do not buy from Longlands Car Sales in Stockton. Once you have your car they don't want to know or do anything for you had my car about 3-4 months now part of the deal was a spare key still not got it it. Went in a couple of months ago for some bits to be done was told they would pick it up at 9am on the Monday, and would get it back the same day turned up at 6.30 pm. I was told it would be back the next day what a surprise, no show so I phoned them on Wednesday they said it would definitely be back. Again no show, even when I phoned them on the Wednesday they told me its on its way and should be there any time as they have set off only for me to phone later that night to be told it was still in the garage. You get nothing but lies off these people and when I got it back on the Thursday only half of the things done said they would. I picked it up the following Wednesday to finish it and guess what you are right no show was told on Sunday 13-9-2015 that someone will be out with new key and to programme it on Thursday at 10.30. I phoned up at 12.30 to ask where they are at said they are coming and he was going to phone them straight up to find out and would ring me back and surprise surprise no key and no phone call so all I can say is do not buy from Longlands Cars.

Recently bought a car! Had it 5 weeks it's been back in 3 times! They took it in the finals time had it for four days and did a filter change! Told me they would drop it back off didn't then ho no phone call to apologise or inform me it wasn't coming back that day! Would never phone back as they said I was constantly on the phone chasing them! Robbers! The sales men have no manners what so ever! I was hung up on twice! Once they had FINALLY fixed the problem I traded the car in! Didn't want anything else to do with the garage! Only thing I would recommend would be to stay away!!

Couldn't fault 1st class after sales service. Had a major problem which they rectified. Thanks to Michael.
