Beyond funny! Where do I start, after using this dealership for the last 12 months I have experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, so much so it makes me want to sell my Range Rover and change brand completely. Imagine calling in and being told you will get a return call, not getting one and chasing for 6 weeks only to be told the same over and over again, until having to go in to discuss in person what I wanted to. That discussion was that on my last visit to the service department for a annual service of my car I had possessions stolen from my car. Having spoken to the Head of the branch a chap called Andy I was e-mailed by his colleague Jacob offering me a £30 voucher as a "good will gesture" A few weeks later I needed guidance on a repair for my car which had been hit by a moped driver, I was on hold for 19 minutes before hanging up and dialing again and getting through to the person I wanted to speak with, who was also supposed to call me back and didn't! The staff change here more than the weather, the only two decent visits or encounters I had was with Wayne in parts who was excellent and Rebecca who has now left. In my most recent visit I was due to pick up my car at midday, I arrived at 1 pm, it took 20 minutes for the car to arrive out front and I was offered an apology for the car not being valeted as hey didn't have time: unbelievable as I was picking up 1hr 30minutes after the agreed pick up time. Then when entering the car the work on the car was not finished, the second part to be fitted was found in the boot in a box! This dealership is a joke and if I was Land Rover I would heavily review Lookers as a dealer to sell my premium brand! Thinking of buying a Land Rover, think again, or buy it from another dealer, your hair will fall out and you may be facing a jury for spur of the moment anger against pure incompetence!
