My wife ordered a VW Touran (her third from Lookers Volkswagen in Blackpool)in JUly. After hearing nothing further, she rand in mid November only to be told the car was not even due to be built until early December, ahd would perhaps be delivered by th end of January 2020. She rang VW head office, and they could not have cared less. She has now cancelled the order and we have gone elsewhere. Rubbish Customer care! Moral GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
