Turns out he did not service the car and allowed me to drive off not crazy i know but the oil filter collapsed inside the housing (pictured) it had to be Dug Out i was very lucky and i really tried to avoid this and Before i found this out i tried to contact and make them aware it had not been done i was flat out ignored again and again for months call back nope email reply nope nothing . i just kept pushing finally got through to someone high up who appologized again and again said "if it was agreed it should be done" booked car in to be done and it seemed like they cared then the day after the dealership manager called me and he called me a LIAR asked me to prove what Kashmir said 😂 and he basically hung up without giving me a chance to speak he also said too much time had passed since purchase then informed me that kashmir had LEFT??????? No wonder i couldn't get an answer he was my contact. I obviously kept calling. I sent an email to complaints i still have all the emails I was contacted by the main office manager from head office who tried to deal with it appologized again asked to refund my Service so i accepted could have just sorted it then no problem right NO apparently the site manager denied it a day later and said i needed to take the car 75 miles back so they could Look at it LOL i read the reviews and soon realised what kind of dealership they are NOPE whats worse is that Lookers may not realise whats happening at that dealership honestly i would never buy from this place again 20k performance car they sold it to me by lying they knew what they was doing this was INTENTIONAL then they accused me of lying and when i found out he lied to my face they ignored me again and again i just kept going and they STILL after admitting all of it wiggled there way out of refunding me Hence this review. if you read this and you are thinking about buying from here WALK AWAY or at least read the reviews and look at my photo. Do you really think if that oil filter would have completely gone they would have sorted a new engine i was so lucky and i even tried to prevent this in the first place. Madness 😂.

Arrange a quick 5minute job at 8am. Clearly told definitely done at 8, which I repeated, would be done by 8.05 Got there for 7.50 as you do for an appointment at 8. All shut up Started opening showroom at 8. The opening up inside, go toilet, stretch, get a coffee etc, Book you first appointment for 8.20 or 8.30 or get the garage ready at 7.30/7.40 Don't say 8am when never going to happen. Car showrooms/service don't get customer service and timings
