16 March 2023 I arrived at Lookers Renault, Stockport at 07.45 and was greeted by Paul A. He was very pleasant and efficient. He checked with meall the things that were to be done and pointed out where I could wait and the drinks machine as I was waiting for the work to be completed. He kept me informed as to the progress of the various works being done. All the work was completed very quickly and Paul explained everything to me and took the necessary costs outstanding. He then recorded me to my car and even gave me a lesson on how to use my Iphone. It was an all round good impression of my morning at Lookers Stockport. Nicola Russell made everything happen with the delivery of my new car

On the day that I started to look for a new car I had been to various different dealers before I went into Lookers Stockport. The attention I received there was in a different class to that experienced at other dealers. The salesperson that I ultimately dealt with was Nicky. Nicky was extremely helpful without being pushy answering my queries in a plain straight forward way. After a second visit and a test drive I ordered a Dacia Duster on the 20th of October. As Dacia was changing to a new style of branding, the car that I ordered would not be available until January. In the intervening period to delivery Nicky was always available to answer questions in a friendly manner, even coping with my strange sense of humour on the occasions she dealt with me and I will certainly recommend Lookers and especially Nicky to friends. Well delivery did occur in January and Nicky patiently guided me through the paperwork and I finally took possession of my Duster with which I am delighted. Thank you Nicky for making this such a pleasant transaction.
