Lottbirgde was absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't have been happier with how they dealt with everything. When I first arranged to look at the car, I was told I wouldn't be able to pick it up on the day I wanted because it needed an MOT. However, when I went to have a look at it, they'd already got the MOT done for me so that I could collect the car that same day. I thought that was brilliant of them, and it really showed how much they went above and beyond. I'd absolutely use them again in the future if I needed another car. I've already recommended them to friends. One of my friends is looking for a car for her husband, and I told her she should definitely go there.

I like the car. It's good apart from not having very much power in the 1st car, which is taking a bit of getting used to. I would give four stars. Despite the issue I've mentioned with the first gear, I think the customer service was very good, and otherwise I'm happy with the Polo and the experience as a whole

I'm really happy with the Audi A3, the team were amazing! There is one thing I need to mention about the car. The rear passenger door on the driver's side doesn't open from the outside. I haven't contacted the dealership about it yet. My boyfriend has also bought a truck from the dealership and is waiting to collect it, so I might ask him to mention the door issue when he goes in. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Getting on well with the Volvo V50 I've taken it for a good run since buying it. the dealership was great and friendly. Everything was alright when I was there, and I've got no complaints about the experience.

Went to Lottbridge Motoring Centre after searching local dealerships in my area and seeing that they had a Volvo V60 in stock which I was interested in. The buying process was absolutely fine, no stress really and they are all really pleasant guys who were open and honest. There was no pressure at all.

Full of praise for Lottbridge Motoring centre, I'm very pleased with what they’ve done, they did everything that they said they would, they prepared the car nicely, no faults and I’m full of praise. I live in Eastbourne, so I pass there a thousand times, and I didn’t realise they had such a nice, extensive stock, what you see at the front is a very small proportion of their vehicles and they had the vehicle I wanted and was an easy purchase. I was looked after well and I’m very happy.
