The chap I dealt with at Lottbridge was the manager. I think he was helpful and made the experience nice and quick. Other than a few lights not working, everything is working great, so I would give it 4 stars.

I have already done a good amount of driving, and the car has been running really well. I was very pleased that the dealership said the car would be ready for collection in five days, but they rang me the next day to say it was ready, which was a nice surprise. They weren’t pushy I told them what I wanted, and they let me look around and left me to it.

Lottbridge Motoring Centre is one of the best car dealers I have been to. The Audi Q3 has been brilliant, and the service was fantastic.

The car has had ongoing issues, but the Lottbridge staff have been consistently working to fix them for me. They have just ordered a part from America, so hopefully I will have my car back soon. They have been good at communicating and have been transparent with me throughout the whole process. They also made sure I had a courtesy car while I wait for mine, so I am thankful for all their help.
