Bought a golf Tdi 31/12 from Louth Volks World, only been out in it twice love it ! Had a number of golfs over the years, like everything about them ! But got to get my mind round the Technology !!! Of this one, being not so young!! Danial was brilliant ! But needed few more lessons from my daughter . Thank you for sorting everything so quickly .

I have just bought my daughter a Polo from Louth Volks World and Daniel has gone out his Of his way to help get a Polo... We purchased it last weekend and my daughter has never stopped smiling.... When she test drove a vehicle she couldn’t believe no one had to go out with her and that made her feel more comfortable... Never did Daniel push any vehicle on us and he was so honest about the ones we had looked at... Defo the best garage around by far!! All staff have time to explain anything u want to know and don’t make u feel yr stupid!! Well impressed and always have been....
I just bought an R8 from Louth Volks World and I have to say its the first car dealers where I felt no pressure at all. I had as much time as I wanted to view the car under my own steam with no interference which was great, then allowed to take the car for a run on my own which I never expected. So all in all seemed just like a good bunch, pleasure to deal with and I would use them again as they do seem very genuine, and the car is amazing... Thanks lads...there are dealers out there who seem passionate about what they sell and not about how much money they can turn over.. Only met Darren once and mainly dealt with Danny but great experience..

By far the best/easiest car buying experience I’ve had! Mainly dealt with Darren in Sales on both visits but all staff encountered at Louth Volks World were very friendly. He was happy to assist with questions when asked but no pressure and gave plenty of space/time to discuss between ourselves. Knowledgeable on all topics asked of him, pointed out things we could have potentially overlooked but that weren’t a problem for us. Fair price on part exchange. Having done extensive online research definitely got a great deal on Tiguan we bought. Upon collection gave plenty of instruction and had already answered questions we were going to ask of him! Car itself prepped and ready as agreed so great job by back room staff. Overall would highly recommend to anybody and use again when the time is right, even being from 40 miles away across the bridge, worth it!
