Awful experience buying from LSC Motor Company, engine management light came on second time of starting the engine, took time off work to bring back as only option given, apparently a part was replaced, light came back on day after 'repair'. Had 2 sets of own diagnostics and it's the same fault every time. LSC Motor Company will only take the car to the same workshop, didn't work out well the first time, and will not even consider any alternative suggestions or attempt to offer alternative resolutions. Now left with a faulty car. I cannot give back the car for the unlimited amount of time demanded by LSC, and have no confidence in it being fixed by them, so I as the customer am left out of pocket. I would not go to them for another car even if I was desperate.

It's such a shame that you could not leave the vehicle with us. We 100% offered to get the vehicle checked and carry out any repairs necessary . We are happy that we sold the vehicle to you with no problems, but when buying used vehicle with over 100,000 miles you need to be prepared for some minor wear and tear issues. Again if you could have returned it to us we would have rectified the issue instantly.
