Absolutely overjoyed with my new car from Luv Car Loans and I really appreciate the way I was treated by the team. I have been looking for someone like Luv Car Loans, a company who will do the heavy lifting, source the car, complete the finance application and keep me in the loop through out the process, they absolutely nailed it! Michael was my POC at first, Lee took over when he went on annual leave and the girls I dealt with were so sweet too. Everybody I interacted with was as good as gold and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I very rarely pass on recommendations for things lie this, but I can't recommend this company highly enough.

This has been my second experience taking finance through luv car loans, I am very happy that they haven't let their standards slip! I dealt with Sam this time and he was great, really sympathetic to my situation, seemed very passionate about his job and couldn't do enough to help me. I really haven't got anything bad to say about Luv at all!! I dealt with Salsabeel and he was great, I have poor credit and he was able to still get me some very competitive rates, he kept me informed throughout and was always available for me to speak to when needed. The car is great, it was in really good condition and I have driven it quite a lot without any issues. The dealership where the car was sourced from was a good 5hour drive from my house and my only mark down would be the distance I needed to travel and the payment took a while to go through.. roughly 3hours I think. I didn't anticipate having to be at the dealership that long and it was a long way home so if it wasn't for this, it would be full marks all round. Thank Salsa and the Luv Car Loans Team you were fantastic!

Can't recommend Luv Car Loans enough, I can't remember the ladies name who I dealt with, she set the customer service bar for every company I deal with! She was so lovely, really nice and friendly over the phone, answered all questions, address any of my concerns, she made the process so simple and straight forward. I am very happy with the figures I got, I looked at a few different lenders prior to settling with Luv Car Loans and they were definitely at the lower end. The car itself is a dream, handles really well and is very nippy. I couldn't be happier!

I opted to enquire with Luv Car Loans as I had heard very good things and seen the very positive reviews online. I wasn't disappointed! Luv Car Loans found me a really nice Ford Ranger, Michael hit the nail on the head first time, the car is gorgeous, it drives really well and I've had no issues with it, I was really happy with the rates I had been offered so didn't feel the need to shop around. I will no doubt be enquiring again with the Luv Car Loans team when I need a new car. Fantastic service start to finish.

I can't fault the customer service from LUV Cars, everyone was always helpful, there was never any pressure and the entire process was quick and easy, I believe the person helping me with finding the car was called Michael, who was also really polite and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I love the car, it's exactly the car I wanted. The only downside to it all was the wait for the car, which was of no fault to anybody - the parts just didn't arrive in time. Also I had to replace all tyres within the first week due to cracks and splits in 2/3 tyres - was more cost efficient to replace all 4. Overall I'm happy and would recommend LUV Cars to anybody needing finance.

Bought a Jaguar XF through Luv Car Loans, Selina was a delight to deal with, she was very helpful, reassuring and made the process very easy for me. I drive the car a lot for work and had a little scare in the beginning with the engine overheating warning light flashing up, I did however top up the coolant and the issue hasn't come back so touch wood it was nothing. Very happy with my car and with the Luv Car Loans Team.
