All that glitters is not gold! If you have a slight doubt when contacting Lux or you feel like they are ignoring you? Please take that as a blessing and find another dealership and car. Firstly, I did my due diligence on this company! Lux Performance is no where to be found on Company House! On their website they do not have sufficient information of their company for example the registered business name, whether it’s a limited or private company, what the company trades as, the registered company number, terms and conditions of the company. The lack of information made me very weary about this ‘business’. Now unless you’re willing to drop cash upfront, Lux Performance does not care about you and your enquiry! (Please if you don’t live 5-10miles from Lux, please forget about contacting them and thinking of buying a vehicle from them) . Do NOT transfer no money to Lux Performance through bank transfer, you will not be protected! They do not have a section on their site for you to do secure payments so do not allow them to Hussle you into bank transfers. Do not send them no money (especially not for a Depoist/ reservation for a car) unless they send you an invoice with a copy of their Terms and conditions and make sure you read the T&C and you are happy with it. Make sure the money is refundable and is written that it is. The service from Lux Performance is terrible. I’m sure the cars are not inspected to the top standard. I once enquired about a car and the reply I got was “my cousin used to drive the car. It’s ok no problem” . They seem to be only interested in your money and don’t like people who ask questions. I have a lot more to say about this business but I do not want to scare you. They also threatened not to refund me until I informed them about my profession and that I’m very clued up on my consumer rights. SAVE YOURSELF! THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! If they can treat individual like this pre sale, imagine how horrible it will be for aftercare such as warranty etc!

I have just purchased a BMW from Lux Performance they are the best I have ever used from the very first phone call to them delivering my car you could not fault the customer service. The car's they stock tells you, you are in the right place to buy your new car just like the one I purchased. It was literally in showroom condition and drives and looks like new I would like to thank the boy's and hope that anyone who wants a quality motor visits Lux performance. I will definitely be guiding my friends and family here. Once again great job boys cheers

Bought an Audi Q5 from lux performance and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely no sales pressure, could take as long as required to look around the car on our own, including the test drive(s). Open and honest about the car, I will be returning to lux never the less for any future cars (which will include a car for my daughter).

Overall my experience purchasing from LUX was fast, easy and pressure-free. They answered all questions I had, valeted and provided MOT for the car before purchase (all free of charge), and were incredibly polite. I've come to find issues with my car shortly after purchasing, but mostly wear/tear like bearings, discs, brakes, no locking wheel nut and a faulty light. But other than that the D-Cat car is in fantastic condition and worth every penny spent + more. A real head-turner! My only criticism is that the car stinks of cigarettes despite being valeted twice, plus heavy use of air fresheners. I've noticed other reviewers say the same, so if it is the garage my advice is to not smoke in cars that are for sale. Regardless, I will definitely go back again for my next purchase!

Couldnt ask for anymore when purchasing a car. Helpful, get the impression they arent just trying to make a sale but are there to help find you what you genuinely want. Would I go again, of course and think anyone should go if your on the look out for a good car thats reliable and someone whose looking out for your interests.
Bought a CAT N car from Lux Performance and the car itself is brilliant - owned it for a month now with no issues. I was dubious at first as this is the first car I've bought that is category anything. Salesman who I dealt with was easy going and showed me the car and test drove with little notice (supposed to arrange viewings and I didn't know to). Had to apply for my V5C which worried me at first but all is well. Only bad point was the drop off of the car. Though I was offered the car delivered at no extra cost (happy days) - the car and another came to my work to deliver and drove into the car park like a drag race which has not gone down well, got me in trouble. Also, the friend (who was in my car) had a cigarette in it. My new car smelt like cigs for 2 weeks. Really annoying. As said though, happy with the car and had no problems as of yet. Drives really well and I'm very happy with it
Bought a Mercedes A250 stunning car, great service, friendly and informative and the guys even delivered the car quite a distance away for a small fee, highly recommend Lux Performance.
I bought a car from here last month and I found the service from Lux Perfomance to be very good. They were super friendly and helpful and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. The car is good value for money and I have had no major issues with it. I would happily recommend to my family and friends.

Brought a Land Rover discovery from this place reg, was giving all the right talk up to the sale went up to take for a test drive and we was happy to purchase as our new family car. Over a month later the car stared to shake and being still under land rovers warranty we took it there. Land Rover contacted me and my wife 2 days later to inform us the car was too dangerous to be on the road and they were not happy to release it as the A’s the car sub frame was welded together and had started to crack. Cars prop shaft was also mission and car was also listed as a 4x4 but in fact was a 2 wheel drive. Bolts were missing out of some very important places car was a complete write of. He didn’t even care watching us drive away the day we brought with our 4 children and new baby. This man has no respect for others and only wants your money
