I recently purchased my first electric vehicle (Smart ForTwo), and I am very happy with it. I’m enjoying it much more compared to the petrol and diesel vehicles I’ve had in the past. Winnie at LVMC couldn’t have done any more for me. She was so kind and lovely. I’ve never gone by myself to purchase a vehicle, and Winnie made the whole experience delightful. The customer service was just excellent.

I would recommend LVMC. Everyone was polite and nice, and the dealership felt welcoming. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle I purchased, so I really can’t complain. There was a delay in getting the V5, but when I called to chase this, they sorted it right there and then on the phone for me. The whole process was quick, and any questions I had were answered. I really cannot fault the dealership.

The team was very transparent with me, as there was a slight issue with the car, which they made sure I was aware of and fixed before I took it home. I purchased a Porsche Macan from LVMC back in February. I found it on Autotrader after doing some research. I went to the dealership in person to view the car, and I was so pleased with it; it was exactly as described and pictured, and I didn’t feel that they hid anything from me. I was a bit wary about going to the dealership, but my worries were soon put at ease. The customer service from the reception and the owner's son, who helped me with the sale, was brilliant. Everyone was friendly, and I could tell they cared. A real family-run business. I took the car home with me the same day. It had been valeted, and I haven't had one issue with it so far, even though I've already done just over 1,000 miles. It’s a great car, and I am absolutely in love with it. My car is lovely and is perfect for all I wanted it to do. We took it for a service and it come back all clear. The gentlemen at LVMC treated my Dad really well and even covered his taxi to the dealership.

I travelled over 200 miles to purchase a car from Jason at LMVC, who was never pushy. Everything was very easy going but attentive. The deal was very fair and they could not do enough for me. The purchase was easy and the car is fantastic. After travelling home and noticing the Sat Nav not working I took the car to a bmw dealership. There was a problem with the software. I called Dan at LMVC to explain. His words were to get anything that was needed to sort the car out done and that I would not be a penny out of pocket. That was total peace of mind and I cannot thank Dan enough. Fantastic aftercare. The car was fixed and Dan settled the bill with no complaints.
