I passed my driving test back in January, and needed an upgrade from the car I was driving. I came across LVMC and decided on a Ford Ecosport that they were selling. The whole purchase was done within a hour! It was super easy and stress free, we are actually looking to go back to get a car for my partner as the one he currently has has unfortunately broke. But because of the great experience I have had we trust LVMC as a dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Winnie at LVMC, she was nothing but helpful! The day I decided to go view the car was the same day I took it home, they had everything prepared, very efficient! There was a good selection of vehicles which all looked in good condition. I have had one minor issue with the car but it is something I am going to get fixed myself. Thank you to Winnie for being so great!

We actually found the car by accident, we were looking around on Autotrader and came across it and realised it was local. We went to the dealership and they were just great! The girl who helped us was fantastic nothing but helpful. We took the car for a few test drives, there was no rush at all from them to purchase which was nice. I Am having some issues with the brakes squeaking especially while reversing, but apart from that I love the car and couldn't fault how great the service was.

After an awful experience with another dealer, I was really anxious about buying another car. But Dan at LVMC completely changed that. From the very beginning, he made me feel confident and reassured, taking the time to make sure everything went smoothly. I ended up buying a Fiat 500, and the whole process was stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. A huge thank you as well to Winnie, who made the finance process super smooth and completely stress-free — she was so helpful and explained everything clearly, which made such a difference. Dan and Winnie both went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, especially after my previous car broke down. I’m absolutely delighted with my new Fiat 500 and can’t recommend LVMC enough for their friendly, professional service and genuine care for their customers.

We did have to take the car to the mechanic in the first week of having it as a engine management light came on, but this has all been sorted, the garage invoiced LVMC and it all got sorted without any issues. The buying process with them was really easy, we went to view on the saturday, put the deposit down monday and picked it up the following saturday, no issues at all. Will have to be a 5 stars!

I am getting on very well with the Ford Focus I bought from LVMC in September, and the service from the staff there was also very good. I would give it 5 stars based on that.
