I went to collect my car from Lymedale Motors after purchasing and because I didn't take out the finance with them they did not treat me like a proper customer! It was like they didn't care they just gave me the keys and that was it! And the car had to go back for repair because of issues with the brakes which they did eventually fix but i had to wait for about 2 weeks! Not happy at all! Poor service!!!

Had a little Renault Clio from Lymedale Motors, my brother also had a car from them, both of us have had a great service, and two great cars, thank you to everyone at Lymedale.
The service at Lymedale Motors was excellent and (touch wood) the car is faultless and fantastic. The service was so good I even sent my sister to them for her car and she also had a great experience as well.

Lymedale Motors were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them, we had a small problem with the car after a couple of weeks but they just said bring it down and sorted it with ease and told us to give them a call a call if any other problems arise, I recommend them highly.

I have had nothing but problems since we bought the car less then 6 months ago and cost over £2,500 in repairs. Lymedale Motors sold it to us with only 10% brakes left knowing I was heavily pregnant and we didn't know a lot about cars. less than two months the cam belt went (which should have been changed in the recent service) but it wasn't resulting in a breakdown and engine damage. As if things could not have got worse, today the car has burst into flames and had to call fire brigade with my three year old and baby in the car. I had took out the RAC gold warranty and surprise surprise nothing is covered on it. He didn't want to know when we rang said it wasn't anything to do with him. DO NOT BUY from Lymedale Motors, the salesman is charming when your browsing but when you have a problem not interested.
Purchased vehicle from Lymedale; with Part Ex. Good Honest price offered for my vehicle. Prepared my new car just the way I requested; also completed additional cosmetic work which I wasn't expecting. During the first week of ownership I identified a few faults with my new vehicle. However, upon notifying the dealer they immediately took the stress away and with their 'Can Do' attitude rectified the faults. I can highly recommend this dealer due to the excellent customer service they have provided
