As someone previously mentioned, the measure of true customer service is how they respond when something goes wrong ! I can’t speak highly enough of Lynx Motor company, I bought a car from them which turned out to have a fault with the Dual Mass Flywheel and required replacement, this is an expensive repair it actually cost £1200 to replace. Lynx agreed to replace this (and the clutch) FOC as part of the month warranty. I needed it replacing before my holiday where I was towing a caravan down to Cornwall, they couldn’t get the parts in time so allowed me to take it to a garage of my choice to get the repair done and picked up the bill. I thoroughly recommend Lynx, as my experience right for the moment I stepped onto the forecourt has been pleasurable especially the people who run the business from and very nice ( no pressure salesman) Glen, to the very fair and honest owner Rick. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another used car from this garage.

It's always a daunting experience when buying a used vehicle, but my husband found the perfect little van for his needs at Lynx Motor Company. It was made ready to drive away on the day of purchase with a 3 month warranty. The only problem that arose within that time was the bonnet support, which was fixed by the professional mechanics there without any quibbling. This was all arranged by Glenn who made sure we were happy at every step. Thank you all. Rob & Gill Kirk.

I HAVE BROUGHT NUMEROUS VEHICLES FROM LYNX MOTOR COMPANY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, BUT EVEN IF I DID I KNOW THE PROBLEM WOULD BE RESOLVED ASAP. STAFF THE ARE WONDERFUL VERY FRIENDLY AND NOT TO PUSHY LIKE YOU GET FRM OTHER CAR GARAGES.
I bought a car from Lynx Motor Compnay, they gave me £400 for my car in a part ex they said that's all its worth I went back 2 days later and it was up at £2495 and they did not do a thing to it.keep away from them.

Lynx Motor Company were fine to an extent, the engine on the car is fine and it drives well but there is some body work issues and I believe its been in a knock which the dealership didn't mention so I'd prefer it if they'd been a little more honest about the car during the sale.
