Like other reviewers I paid a deposit and when I got there after long drive found a car with numerous faults. Had paid £50 deposit and £200 for tax in advance but when I got there he had been unable to tax it. He assured he would reimburse me for money I had spent on it but after several failed promises and excuses still no compensation. Don't part with any money to this man, you will never see it again

PURCHASED SKODA OCTAVIA LEAKING DIESEL SAID THEY WOULG REPAIR, REFUSED TO COLLECT THE CAR, DID NOT REPAIR SAID IT HAD BEEN REPAIRED DROVE IT AWAY SMOKE COMING FROM THE ENGINE, I EVEN RELUCTANTLY, AS THEY HAD BEEN UNWILLING TO REFUND, ACCEPT ANOTHER CAR PUT MOT ON IT HOWEVER SHOULD NEVER OF PASSED AS THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE BRAKES. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND TRANSACTION WAS IN FEBRUARY 2018 TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED CITIZENS ADVICE CONSULTED AND COURT ACTION PENDING.

FAULTY cars, DON'T even try to go and view a car. Most of the cars were part exchange and have problems and all they do clean and vacuum all depends on your luck. They advertise the faulty car as nothing wrong with it and when you go to view it you will find missing parts and they will promise you they will get you those parts if you pay deposit, You pay deposit and when you come to take the car again it will depend on your luck...... They will promise you 3 months warranty but be be prepared to spend those 3 months in the garage because you have to wait until he buys his own cheap parts which is not always available, And after you have enough troubles of the car and you insist to return it to the dealer he will take the car back and sell it again to someone else and you won't get your moneyback and you are free to go to court, That was my long story with m4 motors And it wasn't a cheap car I paid thousands for a faulty car,

Spend some time to read this story to save you hassle. I paid £250 deposit on 24/09/17 with a promise of getting car ready on 30/09/17 with Service and Full MOT done. Then started hearing excuses for ordering new parts reqd for MOT. Car was not ready in 1 week, I waited 1 more week patiently. Still it was not ready so they agreed to issue refund reluctantly by next day i.e on 2/10/17. Still today on 20/10/17 the refund is not issued. At start I was told owner didn't have bank login details and waiting for it. Then conveniently owner fell sick terribly for 1 week, Ironically owner is the only individaul in this business can do transacions in this company I believe. After that from last week I have promised numerous time today, tommorrow etc. Suddenly owner got bank login details at home and I have been told the transfer has been done and have to wait 'few hours'. Still money has not been credited. Be careful if you ever came across dealing them.

I bought a car from M4 Motors at first i was abit unsure about buying from here after reading the reviews and the process of putting a deposit down before a test drive. The vauxhall insignia is brilliant up to now which ive had for around 2 month. The sales team were extremely helpful and put a few extras in the deal! I cant fault my experience from purchasing this car touchwood!!

Was a good car and will recommend M4 Motors.
Look under arena motor company.....same old tricks of getting deposits and not rectifying faults. Do not give them a deposit for a faulty car on the basis they will rectify faults or return deposit, they will do nothing and refuse tor refund your money. Look at the number of people who have handed over deposits and then this father and son team turn angry, refuse to return calls and leave people with faulty cars or lost deposits that they said were refundable. Please avoid at all costs the worst sort of car dealer!!!
