Junk Vans purchased from auction. Probably Westbury Car Auctions, washed and sold on. Then fight for a weeks trying to get a repair, forget getting a call back. Pathological liars. Shop somewhere else because these people don’t care. Toxic.
If you want to know what it’s like to stand in front of a constant barrage of B.S, just phone these people. Beyond a joke. I thought companies like this all closed in 1990s.
Bought a van within my budget - they would not negotiate on price - turns out it was a dog and they took it back to replace with another complete fail- everything supposed to have gone through workshop???? no attention to what they are selling - no credibility - I WOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was told by M4 Van Centre I was getting my money back for deposit as the can wasn't on the forecourt yet.my finance company said the van was over priced so no finance.being ignored every phone call.3 weeks now!!avoid parting ways with your money.not honest.

I was told that the pickup had a full Toyota service history and that they had just serviced it themselves. It transpired after getting the vehicle home after checking all papers and phoning Toyota that it had no service history for many years. When I spoke to the vehicle preparation team at M4 vans I was told that the vehicle was not serviced by them and that they only did the usual pre sale inspection despite Lee stamping the service record. I spoke to Lee Fowler the salesman who had told me the lies in order to get the sale and asked for my money back, his manager said that was not going to happen. I got documentation from the vehicle preparation team and evidence from Toyota and called Lee again. I pointed out the fraud to him and after he spoke to his manager they agreed a refund. I took it no further, although when I went to see them at the dealership Lee clearly was narked at being caught out and as I tried to explain why what he had done was criminal he told me to going away as I had wasted enough of his time, which was priceless! Beware.

I am not sure this is entirely true. We would not have a vehicle serviced at a Toyota dealer when we have our own workshop, the vehicle did have a full Toyota service history. Not sure where the information came from with regard to the service history. Vehicle purchased by another customer who is completely satisfied with the documentation. Kev
they asked for a £250 deposit, since we couldn't come straight away and when we arrived the van wouldn't start, it had to be jump started. I said that was awful and for the £11,000 they were asking for the van they should provide a new battery, 'don't worry,' the sales man said, 'it will all be checked before it's sold.' 'I don't want it checked, I want a new one,' I insisted. 'Not necessary.' the salesman repeated over and over again. I wasn't happy, but they took no notice. Then they did that corny old failing salesman technique of making you feel like you're privileged, that you're getting a special deal. 'Listen,' the salesman looked over his shoulder, 'I've just gotta see if my boss is standing there.' He muttered, implying that his boss wouldn't approve of this deal. 'If you buy our special long term service plan, I'll give you 5 years for the price of 3.' 'I'd rather have a new battery,' I said. 'Not necessary.' He said. 'And anyway, would you want someone else to have your old, possibly dodgy battery?" 'I think you should always put new batteries in all vans for the prices you charge.' I said. Silence. I came home and was so cross I looked elsewhere for a van and we found one just a few years older for £4,500. We decided to buy that one. But that wasn't the end for M4 vans. I asked for the deposit back. 'That van has been off the market a few days now....' I interrupted him. I knew where this was going. You do too don't you? 'If that money isn't back in the account by tomorrow I'm going straight to trading standards.' I said. The money was back and a receipt sent. They're your best friend when you're buying, but it'll be a different story afterwards.

Recently purchased a van from m4 Swindon. Must commend there excellent service and communication throughout the sale. Van was in excellent condition with all the work promised done to a first class standard. Can not recommend Martin and the team enough at M4 vans. 👍
Recently travelled from Aberdeen to purchase an Iveco dropside from M4 Van sales. Excellent, customer driven service from start to finish. A large and varied selection of vehicles too. My own vehicle was prepared to a very high standard and Mark the salesman looked after me from the initial phone call to the end with good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend and M4 have secured my future fleet purchases.
