Went to talk to Macclesfield Audi about buying a used car. Made a really sensible offer (hundreds less than price), told no deal “the car owes me too much” then reduced to less than my offer next day. Really really poor and waste of time, small time car sellers.

I recently purchased a used approved Audi TTS from Inchape Audi Macclesfield. I dealt with Charlie and Gareth who were a great help with the whole purchase. They were very supportive and gave a first class professional service. Every part of the deal was clearly explained and at my pace. The vehicle was presented in immaculate condition and was a pleasure to complete. I travelled over 200 miles for this vehicle and was made very welcome on arrival. I would defiantly recommend Audi Macclesfield when purchaing a new or used Audi.

After spending an absolute fortune getting some work done on the car I got it back only to find the loose change I keep in my centre console missing. It was a small amount but even so there's a principle at stake. I immediately queried this with the service manager who promptly denied any involvement, effectively calling me a liar and the technician wouldn't even come out to meet me. I expect top level service from Audi and I got some backstreet garage mentality. Never going back to Macclesfield Audi as they broke my trust and left me with a sour taste.
