Bought my car from Madeley Heath Motors Oct 2015 were nice as pie as was paying for car up front and gave us free m.o.t and discount on service which i now think is a con to get u go back. Had my car serviced and m.o.t done here oct 2016 which came to £1000. But noticed over the next few days squeaking coming from the car so took it back and they said brakes were glazed over and then thought it had been sorted but started again few days later so took my car back again then they came back and said it needed new handbrake shoes £200. So i took my car to a local garage and was shocked to learn in the mechanic words most of the work from original m.o.t £670. Could not have been done from his professional opinion. Which I original thought was strange when my car is a 12 plate and shouldn't need that much work doing. Phone calls and emails not worked garage does not want to no. And now found few people who had same problems with the garage.

Purchased a vauxhall astra on the 24/01/17 , viewed it a week earlier and was left to look around it with no hassle from any salesman. Was dealt with by Aaron who let me take it out on my own with no pressure or sales patter . Gave me a reasonable price for my part exchange and a few minor jobs that needed doing prior to picking it up were done no problem , would highly recommend.

Today i thought i would take my son out to look for a new car for my wife, and although they had a good select of cars, i was left walking around outside for a good 20 minutes. 2 members of staff were walking around outside, and not one approached me to say hello! In the end i gave up and waked back to my car, only to be stared at by three members of staff from the staff room!! must have been a busy day! I went over to them and informed that if they want to sell cars they best actiuall speak to people! I was a potential customer! but not now!!!

I purchased a car earlier in the year, 7 months down the line the paint started to flake off my back bumper. I rang madeley Heath motors as the car was still under manufacturer warranty and they said they would help with any issues while under this warranty. I rang them up telling them about the problem and while on the phone to them I remembered they touched part of the bumper up before I purchased it, while on the phone they denied they did any work on my car and left me to sort this problem through the main manufacture dealership. The guy I spoke to on the phone was also very rude and unhelpful! Would not recommend going there to anyone.

Really impressed with Madely Heath Motors and the way they treat their customers and the quality and range of their stock.They are very professional company and know what they are doing ,they employ great mature and knowledgeable staff. You don't come across many used vehicle operations like them they really put the customer first. I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my family or friends
