I purchased my used car from Maesteg Motor House , I did not physically see or test drive the car ( I live in Cornwall🙂) . I knew what make and model and trim of car I would like , I spoke to Mark on a few occasions who told me about the car , after discussing how to safely pay for the car -an agreed deposit , (enough to show I was serious about purchasing the car he arrange to personally drive the car to Cornwall . THAT IS SERVICE ! a long drive for them and a risk because of The Whats If ! ( I didn’t like or want it , Thankfully the car was as the pictures showed although it had a few extra hundred miles on clock than on description even taking into account the mileage from garage to Cornwall . The flowers and chocolates a lovely gesture , many thank Nicky

I just purchased used car from Maesteg Motors. The entire process was amazing. The staff, principal the manager was excellent. Very kind, helpful, and treated very well. Due to the virus, my car was delivered to my house with amazing gifts. The service/documentation was spectacular. My car is looking a brand new one.
I recently purchased a used car from Maesteg Motors, and found the staff there, each and everyone could not have been more helpful. At no time whatsover was I subjected to any high pressure sales techniques, but any query presented to them was answered with complete honesty and with a courtesy which has not been some of my previous experiences at other dealerships. The choice to buy or not, or which car or not was left entirely to me without as I say any pressure being applied. I would recommend Maestg Motors to anyone.

Got my ford focus last year from MM and it's been a great car. Mark gave me the free mot, diesel full tank,ciders, flowers,chocs and I also got a free service for this year. Today I had the mot and service done with no hassles or issues. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my mind and keeping your word is everything when buying something big. Mark has exceeded expectations and i will definitely buy again from MM. Well done guys 👍

Hia just want to say this is the third car I have bought off Mark and I would recommend him and his garage he is very professional/helpful and friendly no pressure into buying. Mark is always their if you need help. The bonus for buying off mark not only do you get a lovely car you get a free mot for as long as you own the car. Mark also gives flowers/chocolate and wine which is a lovely gesture off him. So again if your looking for a really nice car just go and see Mark. One very satisfied customer Alison 😀😀
