I would like to thank Brian Thorpe, Sales Manager, for his excellent customer service. He was extremely courteous, kind and helpful, informing me all the way through the leasing of our Audi A1 ordering and delivery. He set excellent expectations and in fact through his hard work was able to get the delivery of our car far quicker than expected. They are liars, my husband bought a car, they given damaged accidental car with lot of faults. They never fixed it and making excuses. Really disappointed by manager Andy and Youhannes sales man Promised to get all fixed but it’s been a month still waiting even they don’t bother Even they told that vehicle have full service history whereas it doesn’t have one

Not sure why the staff here feel so entitled? When we first chose car the salesman was extremely rude the minute he realised we were looking to lease ( actually walked away!) Now need some work done and they truly make you feel like a massive inconvenience! Audi - give your staff some basic training . Admin staff seem ok but sales and service staff awful

Chisem Ali was our saleswoman. Incredibly professional, polite and patient. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Really impressed with how we were looked after and I would highly recommend!

we have just completed the purchase of our new Q2, and i am never usually one to complete reviews apart from saying service was good, or if there was something wrong. However i have decided that this review had to be submitted, as the quality of service that we received from start to finish has been to an exceptionally high standard, and that is down to the sales person Harry Fuller, he has not put pressure on us, gone with what we want, and not tried to sway us to something else, he was honest and kept us informed every step of the way. he has gone above and beyond, and as we are all quick to write negative things about people i feel he must receive this recognition and praise. i will be writing to head office about him, and if you purchase a new car through the Maidstone branch, and have the pleasure of dealing with Harry, you will see why i have taken time out of my busy schedule to write this. All we can say is Thank you.

Recently exchanged my car for a Q2 and will be picking it up next week. The sales executive Sam Axhija was very professional, friendly and overall a great service with him discussing my exchange and also communication was brilliant, a very lovely guy who knows his job well. Thank you Sam you have been great.

Absolutely terrible service just experienced at Maidstone Audi. Sales person Samantha was one of the rudest people I have ever met, no customer service whatsoever. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
