It has been a neutral experience with Mainline. A few things kept coming up one after another, which affected my overall experience. We asked for a spare tyre before buying the car, and while they did include one, it turned out to be for a different car, not mine, when I actually needed it. There was also rust under the black box, which they said they would sort out. However, they didn’t, and now a piece of rust in the corner has snapped off. There are also some issues with the windscreen wipers. All these things added together have negatively impacted my experience with them. This is a shame because I do love the car and there was nothing wrong with the service itself. I just feel there is room for improvement and things should be double checked more carefully.
