Very friendly excellent choice of cars something for everyone no pressure to buy which is rare these days

First time I’ve bought from Maldon Cars and would have no qualms about using them again. Very easy to deal with, no hard sell, gave a reasonable price for my old banger, instant support when I had a query about the new car a day after buying it. In danger of giving second-hand car salesmen a good name!

I enquired regarding mercedes e350 at Maldon cars and although did not proceed with the sale felt it right to leave this review as they really went above and beyond to accommodate my enquiry. Some might say I am a fussy person as before even viewing a car I like to review more than just an advert. Maldon cars were one of the only garage who quickly supplied very specific bits of info including brake wear, service dates / mileage, tyre wear, tyre brand, most recent air conditioning top up, couple of images of minor scuff on one of the alloy wheels, In the end the car had actually sold before I was able to make the trip down from the north to view so I was unable to proceed with the purchase however I was given the opportunity to deposit on the car and decided not to so this is only my fault. My search continues for the right mercedes e350 or s class and ill certainly be keeping an eye on the Maldon cars website with my fingers crossed as it would be great to buy from this dealer. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at maldon cars I purchased a car from them and the process was efficient and well communicated. We hit a little issue however this was handled with care and professionalism. I can 100% recommend and have done to my family and friends already I would 100% buy from maldon cars again. On a personal note Nick the chap i dealt with was brilliant. Very professional, very understanding very knowledgeable. He really worked hard for me as a customer and made me feel very valued. Absolutely excellent service. Which is very hard to find nowadays.
