I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris for my son who had just passed his test and can only comment on my personal experience. From the moment, I contacted the company about the car, the salesman was very helpful and sent me all the details, including a video of the car. All information on the car was true and accurate. I then visited their premises to review the car and take it for a test drive. All in all, I can only say I've had an extremely pleasant experience and will be recommending MAG to my friends. Bought a car it's a death trap can't get hold of the dealer

I bought an Audi q3 from this place, looked lovely, but I had a minor issue on the way back, nothing major, let them know and they assured me they will sort, a few weeks later the car was shaking hard under any acceleration so it was took to a VAT Registered garage with a quote to repair sent to the dealer and warranty company, warranty company refused payout, the car had a few issues but the main one was the driveshaft needed replacing as it was extremely worn (must of had a dodgy MOT & not checked properly before handover) the dealer asked me if I could get the driveshaft quoted from a cheaper place or private mechanic, so I did, it was £295 which was sent to the dealer and he agreed he would pay it, so I got the work done, since then the dealer has refused to pay the mechanic for the work and has blanked my calls/messages since, he answered once and said he shouldn’t have to pay it and it’s down to the warranty that he provided himself, none of which is to my own doing so I’ll be taking it further because out of 5/6 issues with the car I’ve only asked for one thing to be done/paid for, he agreed and then acted like a child ignoring me and not taking any responsibility From buying this car and discovering the main issue I had done 200 miles. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone Cars aren’t inspected before sale MOT’s are dodgy ones Customer care is not priority Customer service is awful once the sale has completed
