I reserved a car online paying the £99. I waited over 24 hours for them to get back to me. In the end I phoned and told them I wasn’t happy with there service and wanted my refund which was promised online. Richard said he would sort it but talked me round to possibly carry on. Online I offered to pay me £8275 for my car. And I could arrange or home delivery due to my disability. Richard came back to me and said they was not prepared to offer the part ex price and offered £300 he also told me they did not deliver when website said they did. I emailed Richard to say I wasn’t going ahead and refund my deposit. He asked for my bank details which I gave him but now ignores my emails. This company does not care about customer service and only care about getting your money. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Bought my car over three months ago! Randon person drove it here and been told that they never used him before and he arrived with a broken mirror a massive hole in my boot and scratched the whole side of the car and a tyre almost run down and while driving been pulled constantly to the side of the road, no car mats nor repair kit or spare tyre like payed for and stated! After getting quotes from two different places Mangoletsi and their staff Paul and Sam told me it's too expensive😳so we agreed instead of the 1500 to 2000 pounds quotes (to do the repairs their driver has done to tye car) to just 300 pounds into my account, the missing car mats and because also no spare tyre they offered a repair kit! I was MORE THAN PATIENT and they started to ignore me and don't answer emails nor my phone calls since over two months, absolutely worst service I have ever experienced! Thw car was 14000 thousand pounds and if selling I will lose a hell of a lot of money! Wondered already why this place has so many negative comments and I fell for it as I hoped it was some unlucky people! Now I am one of them! Thanks for literally nothing than a horrible service and a half broken car! Yes they offered me to take the car back with a loss of 500 Pounds on my side! JUST WOW! Thanks for nothing you bunch of horrible and money sucking people!
Once they have your money and sign you up for service plans that not worth the money you pay not interested!!! Won’t take any responsibility for any issues raised. Only interested when they want you to buy another car. Very diss-missive when complaint made probably because I am a female owner.

Made an online enquiry regarding a new Alfa and received a telephone call in no time at all. My requirements were given to the sales person - budget, part exchange etc and he said he would come back to me that day (Sunday) or the next day without fail. In the meantime I also received an email from another sales person the same day saying what they could do for me etc. No response from the telephone enquiry. Responded to the email enquiry and advised no response from the telephone enquiry and guess what no response either. They certainly didn’t live up to their values they advertise on their website. They failed in 2 out of the 3. As luck would have it I managed to source a new Alfa locally and what a difference in service.

I really would advise anyone considering buying a car from this place to look elsewhere. I purchased a used vehicle from their "too good to trade" used car outlet. Literally an hour before I was due to go to collect it I received a call telling me that it was "faulty" even though it had supposedly just been serviced. Over the following few days the salesman contradicted himself so many times and couldn't remember what he had told me the day before that it was obvious I was being lied to. Although I really wanted the car I lost all faith in this dealership and eventually demanded a refund. They couldn't even pull their finger out and do that straight away, again I was lied to on 3 occasions by being told that it had been issued. Disgraceful service from a so called main dealer

My Fiat Panda had a full service today. Aaron was excellent. Went through every detail for me. No job was too small - he even changed the time on the clock. A good waiting area area with tea, coffee and breakfast food. Receptionist was very friendly. Thank you. Diana
From my initial telephone conversation to driving my new car out of the showroom, Dean and the rest of the staff i met were excellent throughout. I couldn't fault any part of the experience. Everything was fully explained to us, we never felt any pressure and felt thoroughly relaxed during our visits. We would most certainly recommend them.

I recently bought a nearly new Alfa Giulia from Mango's. The experience has been something of a mixed bag. On the positive side... - Warm and friendly staff - Good deal with decent p/ex offer - Prompt reimbursement for defects. On the negative... - Mis-sold extended warranty - Incomplete information about the vehicle I live a long way from the dealership, and the salesman was friendly and engaging during the negotiation process on the phone. After some to-ing and fro-ing, he offered me a pretty good deal. The one drawback was that he wanted to include an extended warranty on the car worth £1.5K extra, saying that there was less than 12 months left on the manufacturer's warranty. After a bit of research I found out there was in fact almost three years left. I arrived on the day of handover - very friendly and welcoming, car under a tarp in the showroom, ready to be unveiled! A couple of issues arose in the first 24 hours of ownership however: there was no second key for the vehicle at handover, Mango's said they'd ordered one and would forward it on to me. After driving back home, I also discovered two patches of old paintwork damage on the vehicle. They'd been temporarily hidden under the T-cut and shine the dealer had given the car, but now they were obvious. So, off to the body-shop for a respray... This was exasperating because I'd specifically asked the salesman about the car's exterior condition by email, and he had not replied. Mango's agreed to reimburse me for the cost of respray, and the recoding of the keys at a nearby Alfa dealership. But the whole process took another three weeks, before the car was restored to the condition in which it should have been sold initially. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but I'd insist on seeing the car in person before putting down any money on it, and making sure all of the I's were dotted and T's crossed. Go in with your eyes wide open.

They take your information and apparently put the application through for a car (clearly a lie) then have your hopes up to then ignore your emails and tell you the car has sold.
