Purchased a year old car and got home from collecting the car and I have already had issues with the car and needs fixing and the preparation of the car was also very poor

Purchased my car Mercedes GLC 300 from these Cowboys on 15th January, cost me a pretty penny or two, the car wasn’t up to scratch on collection, no attention given to detail , dirty windows inside , carpets dirty, aluminium window trim stained, engine bay filthy and I’ve just recently found a boot edge dent. The key was missing to the wheel lock nuts as well. Found out these issues once home after a couple of days of checking more closely. No preparation, checking or attention to detail was given to my car, if I hadn’t already sold my other car and got a train from chester to pick it up I would have asked for my money back however I have now resolved the issues my self at my own cost. The after sales manager Martin Scott is a complete waste of space, sent him my complaints and he didn’t follow up his words to resolve my issues, totally fobbed me off and didn’t reply to my telephone calls. The team appear to like sending you on a runaround. Avoid this salesroom, they are just a bunch of clowns who like to take your money and not provide you with any after sales care. The owner would be advised to really check up and scrutinise his employees as they are giving his business a really bad name, he probably hasn’t read all the other reviews or has he? Guess we’ll never know. How do they sleep at night? Please look elsewhere for your next car! Very disgruntled customer!!

I wouldn't wish my experience with Mangoletsi on my worst enemy. This dealership has managed to turn what should have been a joyful car ownership experience into an unending nightmare. 

I purchased a Fiat 500e from Mangoletsi at the end of August, and what followed has been nothing short of a horror story. I've owned the car for just over a month in total, as it has spent the majority of its time at the dealership due to repeated breakdowns. Since the first breakdown in the end of Sep, I have rarely been able to drive my car (now is mid-Nov!), as it continues to exhibit the same problem over and over again.

 What's truly maddening is their inability to fix the issue. Despite multiple visits and what seems like countless attempts at repair, the problem persists. It's as if they're throwing darts blindfolded, hoping to hit the mark. Well, I'm here to say that their aim is abysmal.

 If this wasn't frustrating enough, Mangoletsi's customer service is a train wreck. After leaving my car with them for what turned out to be a never-ending saga of breakdowns, I was repeatedly told that a courtesy car was "unavailable", even during lengthy two-week repairs. I would call them dozens of times per day, only to be met with ringing and no response. And if, by some miracle, you do manage to get through, be prepared for the runaround.

 They have an incredible talent for promising to "look into the case" and "call back in the afternoon." Spoiler alert: they never do. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration.

 In summary, Mangoletsi has turned what should have been a simple car purchase into a never-ending nightmare. If you value your sanity, time, and hard-earned money, please steer clear of this dealership. There are countless others out there that actually value their customers and provide reliable service.

 Mangoletsi, you should be ashamed of your complete disregard for your customers. This is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
