I phoned this garague saying I was interested in viewing a VW passat they had in stock. I asked them if they needed a deposit to hold the car as I was travelling in excess of 3 hours to get there from Newcastle upon Tyne. They said "no", they would keep the car. I told them I would be there the next day. I double checked they still had the car the day I was due to go down view it which they did. When I came to view the car I was very impressed with condition inside and out. The service history was also up to date with the main dealer service stamps . I was very impressed with the service received from Mann Motors and definitely recommend to anyone. I also had the timing belt changed on the car in February at the main dealers who also checked the car over and they even said "the car is spot on". Just goes to show this garage only sells good quality cars.

Mann Motors don't deserve any stars as seven months ago I purchased a car from here. The car wasn't sold as advertised. Not serviced when they said they had one done. And will refresh the interior, but for cheekiness they put a air freshener, engine was making a noise as taking back on and on the same answer came back, we are here to help you, don't worry, when my call got stalled and I phone them to tow upto garage, the first bill of £50 charges for them to bring upto them, hello when I purchased you forgot to put back the towing tool for that AA can't do anything and he's pushed me to safe side for safety but Overall bad experience I had with Mann motors. I could spend an hour typing my issues but I won't. All I'll say is this, don't go near them, but if you do, get all paperwork and keep it and insist you have your own MOT done prior to you buying any car. Do not trust their MOT paperwork or the garage where it was conducted. If things do go wrong expect to be ignored and lied too. I only hope trading standards and other vehicle agency's have them in their sights. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I bought a Mercedes C220 in October 2015, although I came across a few problems they were resolved quickly. The salesman was very knowledgable and honest. The were happy to provide me with 6 months warranty and 12 months mot. All in all I am very pleased and I would definitely return for my next car!
