At first the main man at Manor Wood Cars called Kane was very nice to deal with, not pushy with selling the car I was interested in. I noticed a few issues and was assured they would be sorted if serious. Turns out they were not serious, as well as a full MOT I was told the car would have a full service. Well 1500 miles later I got a service done at vauxhall and was informed that it was not serviced for over 10000+ miles. Engine oil had not been changed etc. As a fair person I contacted him however had no reply back from him even when he said he would call back. He became aggressive and blocked my number. I do not recommend Manor Wood Cars as Kane is shady and uncooperative. I plead with anyone interested in using this garage to think again. Karma always comes around.

I brought my mercedes from Manor Wood Cars The customer service was really good. The staff were really polite and put my mind at ease. They were really helpful with the after sales aswell and didn't hesitate to help. I will be definitely returning to them for my next car and recommending them to my friends and family.

Brought a VW from Manor Wood in Nov 2016. Had a flat battery over the winter 3months later and they reimbursed the full costs no quibbles whatsoever. Great dealership.

Sell cars where the clutch is worn to nothing, one week mot instead of the 12 month advertised. Rust found underneath (beyond repair) seat belts not safe, after all this they wouldn't return my deposit. They asked me not to take it on the big roads so I did and that's when the clutch had no grip what's so ever. A journalist is paying them a visit very soon, questions need to be answered. Steer clear of these and let a proper business have your money.
Recently purchased a BMW 5 series from Manor Wood Cars Ltd, fully loaded. Can honestly say I very pleased with my purchase and the service these chaps provided; helpful and courteous all the way through. Will be using Manor Wood again.
I am happy with my Audi A5 from Manor Wood Cars. It was clean and in good condition other than a few scratches and marks. The value for money is good and I have had no issues up to now. I would recommend. The dealers were helpful and friendly.
