Great care given when paying for a service and/or MOT, but when there is no monetary gain the attitude and approach is significantly different. My car developed a significant fault in October 2023 and requires a new part. Now in 2024 and still waiting for the part, being forced to drive a faulty vehicle and chase Kia Mantels for updates. No follow up or alternative provided apart from ‘continue waiting’. 81 days and counting……………………………….

Kia UK Mantles Kia Poor workmanship built quality, Manufacture fault, Has external leak, Caused upholstery damage, Mould and Mildew growth. Had it for 7months till I realised the water leakage. Been at dealer for a Month now. Buyback value was less then What Toyota offered. Head Office are useless. Rejected to give full refund. Honest review, Not happy , Been using Kia for 6.5 years. Service has dropped, Aftercare has dropped, Prices are aggressively high. Not worth it at all

Was driving home from saffron Walden and one of the drivers in your company cars was driving reclessly; overtaking the other cars in dangerous places and speeding. We decided to go electric and went to Kia in Royston to buy a Top of the range e-Niro. The salesman Paul Smith said he would get pod point their preferred installer to sort out our charger for the house and gave them the date the car would be ready and indicated the charger would be installed by this date. We paid £509 to pod point in April, they then kept our money for 3 weeks knowing when our car would arrive. After a number of questions about the electrics they then passed our details onto Powered solutions ltd who then started asking us the same questions again ie what size is the cable (- twice )after we had emailed them with pictures and videos. Eventually they passed it onto their scheduling team who gave us a date in June. We spoke to Paul Smith at Kia on the telephone about the unacceptable situation and his attitude was we have had 2 other customers use them with no problems and that we should let him know when the charger is installed by someone else. Clearly they do not want to sell this car as we needed this to complete by our business end of year- dnd of May. 12% of reviews on trust pilot are poor or bad for pod point and Kia still have them as their preferred installer - SHOCKING!!! Do not hand over your money to POD POINT or Kia until you have an install date confirmed.
