Bought an expensive car from Mark Richards Specialist Cars. Things are going wrong, I had warrenty for 6 months but they have ceased trading. So what happens now with my warranty. Pretty sure he knew he was closing down. Terrible person

Cost me alot of money in repair bills told me parts ordered and come back the next week to have them fitted to find Mark Richards Specialist Cars has closed down, should be no stars

Bought a Black GTD in Oct 17, Steve from the very first call was super helpful, gave a fair price on my part ex and was offering a Golf GTD at a great price. I was dubious at first due to the price but after Steve shared how they sourced the cars and his & Marks background it became clearer so the drive from Buckinghamshire to Wales was one I was prepared to make. There not your average pushy salesmen, your made to feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble. The cars are all well prepped and Rich there technicians work is of exceptional quality. The cars are all clean and tidy again with great attention to detail. The customer service doesn't end once you've spent your hard earned money either. Mark and his team make sure the whole experience is stress free and easy. I cant recommend them highly enough, keep up the good work.

I travelled over 300 miles down from Newcastle to pick up the car; it was even better seeing it person than in the pictures online. All the guys were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. There was a small issue with the window when driving back up but an email to Mark Richards Specialist Cars when I got home and they agreed to sort it all out which they have. I really can’t fault the sales process or aftercare service at all and i'm really happy with the car. I will certainly be doing the journey again in a year or two when it’s time to get another car.
