Very nice, approachable, genuine dealers. I bought my BMW from Mark Richards Specialist Cars last year. The car was in fab condition when I received it and up to now I have had no major issues. There was a slight mic up with the servicing but other than that it's been perfect. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality car and service to match.

I part exchanged my old fiesta and purchased an Audi A4 from here back in June. The car was immaculate! Matched its description perfectly and the only small problem I have had is with the AC but they repaired t straight away and gave me a courtesy car. Really cant fault the service! I would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys at MRSC. Travelled a long way to buy just the car I was looking for and was not let down. From the first phone call there was nothing they wouldn't do to accommodate my needs, even preping the car for my visit just in case I wanted to buy there an then. Their after care is just as good. I won't hesitate to go back to them when I change car.
Just brought a fantastic TT from MRSC, it was good value for money. The sales team were helpful and polite.
The service at Mark Richards Specialist Cars was spot, bought an Audi it runs like a dream and the car I got was the car they sold me exactly as described, no issues at all. I've even had a couple of courtesy calls to make sure everything is alright. They couldn't have done more for me to be honest.
