I enquired about an Audi A3 that had just come into stock and spoke to Nick Jordan. Within a very short time frame Nick had located the vehicle, completed a visual inspection and sent me photographs to review, as I was unable to visit the dealership in person due to lockdown and COVID restrictions. Having expressed interest, Nick followed up with photos cconfirming the comprehensive service history and responsed to questions asked via email. Following further discussion, I felt that confident in what Nick had told me and photos sent, that I agreed to purchase the vehicle without even seeing or test driving it! Overall I am really pleased and impressed by the service that I received from Nick, which made the whole process of buying a used vehicle during lockdown effortless. I look forward to collecting my new car next week. Thank you Nick! Couldn't rate cleanliness of vehicle as not seen yet but photos look great so rating based on those.

Needed a car quickly but had to be a preferred colour. Thanks to Ian Turner, and Rupert during Ian's day off, they scoured the country to find what we wanted. Only one was available in the country because of low stocks following recent factory lockdowns, but they persuaded a.n.other dealer to release it for us. They say people do business with people and it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. So pleasant and helpful.

My husband called first to make an appointment they were very helpful and informative over t he phone, our appointment was with Nick Jordan He was very helpful on the day, very reassuring and overall a great service, safe to say we are now waiting for our new car to arrive !
