My I40 was scheduled for a service, MOT and additional items that were going to take all day, The arrangement was to deliver to my home address and leave a loan car for the day. This worked like clockwork, on time and during the day the progress of the service was updated on line for me. My car failed it's MOT with a worn wheel bearing, this was ordered and available the next morning. The loan car stayed with me until all was completedand, I received excellent communication throughout .the two days of the status.

We felt comfortable in the showroom from the outset. Courteous staff, relaxed atmosphere, we felt no pressure at all. Everything was handled professionally, things explained clearly and patiently, and we were entrusted with the use of a brand new car for an hour. We have never experienced such a high level of service, and since the car (Kona EV) was brilliant too, we made our decision to purchase there and then. The commitment of Luke and his colleagues to get us the best deal made it easy for us to commit to a personal contract purchase which will in all likelihood continue for as long as we are able to drive. We are looking forward to taking delivery of our new car, and have no qualms about our driving future - everything has been taken care of. Thank you, Luke, you did a top job.

10 out of 10 to James Hopkins. Nothing was too much trouble. No hard sale or pressure. Very professional and a very nice individual. A really great advert for Hyundai. I really feel I must congratulate James Hopkins for his fantastic service today.
