My wife and I spent a couple of hours with Lianne yesterday, discussing various options regarding purchase of New or Used Tucson. Lianne was totally professional throughout demonstrating a very broad immediate knowledge of all queries we raised and not placing any pressure on us one way or the other. We ultimately agreed on a New purchase. Great Service.

Alex Cochrane answered my initial questions clearly. I then went for a test drive in the plug in hybrid Tuscon. A week later after making my mind up Alex responded with a competitive deal. We completed the paperwork today. Throughout the process Alex has been knowledgable, clear and customer focused. At no time have I felt rushed. Looking forward to my new car.

This is the 3rd new car we have bought from Hyundai Maidstone, and the service we received has always been excellent. Mike sold us the first car and Alex the last 2. They never rush you, and they explain everything very clearly with all the options available. Would definitely recommend them.

Went to Hyundai to enquire about leasing a new Hyundai as our current lease deal expired in a few months. Alex really looked after us and gave us the time to consider all our options. We felt as if our custom was really valued. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex even when my wife kept changing her mind about the colour. Really impressed with the customer service here and I'm not easily impressed!
