Went to Hyundai to enquire about leasing a new Hyundai as our current lease deal expired in a few months. Alex really looked after us and gave us the time to consider all our options. We felt as if our custom was really valued. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex even when my wife kept changing her mind about the colour. Really impressed with the customer service here and I'm not easily impressed!

I came to your branch yesterday morning with my daughter and son-in-law, who had done most of the car research for me. We were greeted warmly by Michael Pullinger and then given wonderful customer service. He realised very quickly that for an older person changing a car this is a problematic situation, a big deal and an event which I didn't want very often! He was very empathetic, patient but also very efficient, which made me feel especially confident (my daughter and son-in-law felt the same way). It was well worth the trip to Maidstone. Having had a career in retail myself I am critical of customer service; this was excellent and turned out to be quite exciting! Many congratulations to this charming young man.

Joseph Wilson couldn't have been more helpful, clear or friendly in getting us a good deal on a new i10. His patient explanation and a test drive helped overcome our concerns about the semi-auto gearbox in particular. His knowledge is clearly well beyond his trainee status.

Had an appointment today with Alex about buying a new car. He listened to what we were saying and quickly picked up on our priorities and what wasn't of interest or concern. He answered all our questions, made suggestions and made us feel that we were in control of everything.
