This is the 3rd new Hyundai Tucson we have purchased from Chris Church at Motorline Worcester. We have had the same excellent service as always. All details explained professionally and any queries answered and all from behind a plastic screen!!!
I bought my Hyundai i10 from another dealership in Worcester almost three years ago, but for each service since then, I have taken it to Motorline, Hyundai in Worcester. The standard of service is second to none, and the value of the 5 year service, and the more recent interim (six year) service has been very good. The team (led by Graham Archer) made me feel very important, and the standard of cleanliness at the Worcester showroom was exemplary. I was fed with complimentary coffee throughout my time during the service, and the car was returned to me having been cleaned externally and with newly vacuumed footwells, again gratis. A first class customer experience - I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Motorline Hyundai in Worcester and their efforts.

the saga of my i30 came to a very satisfactory conclusion today . i have to say after all the negativity the last few days , lee davies , the manager was excellent today . great attitude and service and a discounted next service which is great . like to say a big thankyou and a great job respraying my front wheels .

as a first time car buyer i bought a used i30 from Motorline Hyundai Worcester. the salesman nathan bishop has been fantastic but the attitude of the manager is appalling . ive basically been accused of washing the wheels on my car with wheel acid which is nonsense . basically being called a liar . as was a close family friend who returned the car for me for the wheels to be resprayed which was even worse as he was doing me a favour only to be spoken to in an appalling manner and insulted . absolutely disgusted and would definately not recommend or use them again . as i said nathan is great and very helpful . such a shame the manager doesnt have the same attitude towards the customers .
