Excellent service from enquiry to sale

Having made an appointment with the Worcester Hyundai Garage on 13 February, I was introduced to Richard Wakefield to advise me further about the Tuscon. Richard pointed out the essential features of operating the vehicle before the test drive and advised me of a route. Following the test drive, Richard made me fully aware of the car's specifications, the different financing options, the accessory packages and the lead time of the model in question. I would have preferred Richard to have had more autonomy regarding finalising the purchasing of the vehicle but he did follow up with a phone call and an email just to check if I was happy with everything and the paperwork to confirm our agreed sale. Good to do business with him.

My Hyundai Santa Fe Endurance was booked into Hyundai Worcester today to investigate issues with the automatic boot opening when not wanted. This has now been solved thanks to the technician. A health check of the vehicle was also carried out and identified several issues which will now be rectified. A year four service has also been booked. My sincerest thanks to Jack Griffin who dealt with all of my issues & questions today very quickly and professionally. Prompt, courteous, well informed and pleasant service from Richard Wakefield on the purchase of my car

Initial comms good but became painful. No paperwork, hidden costs & all of 10 miles worth of fuel in the tank on completion... no confidence it was checked properly let alone serviced. THEN I FIND OUT THEY DELAYED SETTLING FINANCE BY 10 DAYS UNTIL ADDITIONAL FUNDS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, IN ORDER TO PAY £190 LESS.

The whole team at Motorline Worcester Hyundai are excellent. Having bought 8 cars from the delership over the past 10-12 years I have always found their professionlism to be first class. Pearl and Richard have been our main slaes contacts over the years and Lee provides great leadership to the team. When buying there is no pressure and they work hard to listen and then to seek out the best vehicle for your requirements and then work hard to ensure the fiances are the best that can be obtained. When it comes to servicing again the serice is great.

Went into the showroom to look at new cars. Was dealt by James Chapman who put my wife and I at ease straight away. We saw an i20 and James talked us through everything. We were very impressed and he then gave us an approximate delivery date. We were pleased with how James dealt with us that we ordered there and then. An excellent and friendly experience.

Today brought our fourth Hyundai car a, Kona Hybrid Ultimate from Pearl. As usual excellent service and professionalism from her and willing to work with us to achieve the right deal for us.Thanks for your help.
