We had fantastic customer service from Varun, there was no ‘ pushy salesman’ he let us take our time, Varun gave us space to discuss our options without him being around. He explained the cars we viewed in great detail. When we first went we couldn’t find ‘the one’ which was more in our price range. Varun kept in contact and let us know when there was more cars in our price range. When we did decide which car, he spent time going through the dashboard for me before I took it home on my first solo journey! Highly recommend you ask for Varun at Marshall Seat Leicester !

***BEWARE*** When taking your car for a service it's too expensive for the work carried out - £420 to do an overall check including changing oil filter, air filter and oil. I ended up signing up to a service plan to bring the cost down which is £648 for 2 years plan (£324). Would definitely not recommend this

I was interested in a nearly new Skoda superb which looked like the perfect car for me. I live 110 miles away but felt it was worth the trip and I am glad I did. I was helped by a brilliant salesman called David who was genuinely sincere and very personable, qualities rarely found in salesmen. I was impressed by the whole sales team at Marshals Skoda Leicester. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel confident about buying from the company. The experience I had in Leicester was the complete opposite to one I had with Cazoo, lesson learned. I would have no hesitation buying another vehicle from them and when it comes to changing the car I have just purchased, which I am very pleased with and despite the distance will definitely consider purchasing from Marshals Leicester again. David even sent me a video message checking that I got home OK and whether I was pleased with my purchase. On my experience I thoroughly recommend Marshals Skoda Leicester.

I have a seat 2019 plate with 50,000 miles on it and have always took it to this dealership in Leicester, however for 6 months I kept getting warning light come up with faults on the car and the response from them was unbelievable and basically said I was making it up. The vehicle then kept cutting out and losing power so I took it back again and they didn’t believe me even though I showed them the fault by a picture. So in the end I took it to another seat dealership and the found faults with the engine and said don’t drive it as it dangerous which I had been saying for months. This caused massive issues to me and my business, so I sent an email of complaint and the service manager still hasn’t spoken to me or apologised so I complained to Seat UK and they are not bothered either. I would not recommend Seat as their customer service is shocking like their dealerships. The above issue could have caused an accident to me and my family.

I was sold a car by Sam Linehan he made everything simple for me he did everything all I had to do was sign a few papers he sent me a video of the car which arrived and was delivered on the exact day he said it would be it was in excellent condition and I couldn't be happier lovely chap so helpful I would highly recommend him to anyone if your looking for your perfect car speak to Sam you can't go wrong thanks again Sam for everything
