Bought my new car from Mercedes’ in bolton, I would like to say a big thank you to holly Meeson & nick jones for making it a pleasure, holly kept me up to date we even got a month earlier than expected. When we pick car up she made sure we knew everything about the car . We both went away feeling really happy . A big thank you we will definitely will be buying off you again.

Awful service, do not use. Cars are great but you can buy a Mercedes from anywhere. Should you want to buy from a mercedes dealership then I would recommend the Etihad branch in Manchester or at least any other branch than this.

Terrible service. I'm due a £500 refund however they've told me that they can't find my payment to them on their system and have stated that they can't refund my payment until its found on their system. My payment to them was made via their card payment machine. Mercedes have then requested that I send my personal bank statements to prove a payment was made!! Reluctantly I provided this however i'm still waiting for my refund. It's been circa 4 weeks.

All mechanic in mb Bolton are unprofessional I lost my money for nothing

Bought a car recently and the welcome from Mercedes Bolton was good. whilst buying car i was promised a free 1 time service when it came to day of service the lady that dealt with us when we bought the car said she never said such thing ....also the attitude had changed obviously because the car had already been paid for. It had a few scuffs on bonnet and she said she will post a touch up pen which i never received...plus side was they had nice cars
