Just completed trading in myVolvomXC40 for a newer model. I dealt with Hiten who was very professional, spent time talking to me about my requirements and then examined the stock held by the Marshall Group. After patiently going through the existing stock held was able to identify the car suitable for me. Transfer of my car and the collection of the new car was very done very efficiently. Hiten handled the whole trade in a very friendly and efficient manner.

We collect our new Volvo next Tuesday. Chris Hazard has helped us all of the way going beyond the call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble in the choice of vehicle, putting the contract in place and communication with Volvo main offices. This is our first EV and Chris shared his wealth of information about EV's, where to charge, how to charge, the best chargers on the market etc. We highly recommend this dealership for anything Volvo!

i was made very welcome, i have had situations in the past where i have encountered pushy sales people, i do not like that at all. But not here, Very refreshing and super helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.
