I came to Marshall & Son Motors at Walsall recently to buy my Discovery, and I cannot fault the staff at this company. I had a few niggles with my car when I first picked it up, but they managed to resolve them quickly and it's been running like clockwork since.

Kenny was excellent; he told me what I wanted to know and answered my questions. He showed me around and gave me different options for different vehicles. There were four vehicles in there that I was interested in, and he gave me the chance to look around all of them. I narrowed it down to one vehicle due to the cost of finance, insurance, and road tax. I had a good drive-around in the car, and I was happy with everything, so I went ahead and bought a Land Rover Defender. So far, so good; I'm really chuffed with it. 

It was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. It was really simple; Jake sorted everything out for me, so I did not have to lift a finger. When I picked up the car, all the paperwork was ready to go. I really enjoyed the time I spent at Marshall & Sons. 

The salesperson that looked after me was honest and understanding, which gave me great confidence to buy my Range Rover Sport from him. It was not like he was trying to sell any old car to me but instead he went through all the available options, discussing what was available and which car would suit my lifestyle the best.
