I couldn't fault this dealership, they went above and beyond in helping me. I came across them on Autotrader while looking specifically for a Defender 90. When I arrived at the dealership to view it, they allowed me to take my time, have a good look around and test drive without any rush. There was a couple of issues that came up after purchase, I tried to go through the warranty but it wasn't covered. I contacted the dealership and they sent me the money to cover the cost of any repairs! I was very appreciate of the great service they provided and would definitely use them again in the future if they had a vehicle I wanted.

The dealership was actually recommended to me by a friend who had purchased from here, and with it being a local I have always known of the dealership. I contacted Jay and he sorted out the deal for me. It was an older vehicle I got and it needed me to go over it a little bit but you know what, I am really happy with it. I think the communication is an area that the dealership excelled in. And even though I was part exchanging something equally as old there was no problems at all or holding back on the level of service, I was pleasantly surprised. I may be in the market for another vehicle and I do keep checking the website, as I will happily go back due to the great customer experience I had this time around. It was a quick enough deal and I honestly couldn't fault it. Highly recommend.

How professional they were at the dealership stood out for me. I noticed a few things whilst looking around the Discovery, for example, one of the alloys had some damage. They got all 4 alloys powder coated straight away. After the purchase, one of the window regulators went, I informed them, and they sent me the part the following day. It was a nice garage, and I'd 100% use them again in the future.

I've had no problems with the Porsche 911. The guys at the dealership did everything they said they would do, which made the process easy and straightforward.

I have been getting on fine with the Range Rover so far and I'm happy with my experience at Marshall & Son Motors.

Mechanically the Discovery is running well, and the staff at Marshall & Son Motors were really helpful and polite, I'd give them 5 stars.
