I purchased a car online, I couldn't test drive the car but the salesman showed me a video of the car and it was given an MOT and service before it was delivered, there were some advisories on the MOT and the company cleared all of these for me. The delivery driver delivered the car after I finished work and the transaction was totally contactless. The car is gleaming and drives beautifully. The salesman was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending to all of my friends.

Having read the reviews of Martin Brothers on this site find we them hard to believe. We have purchased 2 cars from them one last year and one last month and have had no issues with the service or cars. My VW Polo was purchased through the totally contact less service due to the current climate we are in. The service before getting the car and discussing finance options over the phone with Tim was professional, friendly and helpful and went out of his way during the purchase process on the Wednesday. When we got the finance sorted it was a case of wait for the car to have its service done and the timing belt to be changed at our request to save us doing it after we got it. Once this was done the car was delivered to my door on the Tuesday. It was immaculate inside and out and the car seemed great value for money. Since receiving it and driving it I have no issues what so ever and remain happy with my purchase. When it is time to change either of our cars Martin brothers will be first port of call.

I have purchased several cars from this garage now and the experience keeps getting better and better every time as the company grows. The experience is professional, informative, and relaxed the sales man answered every question i had and also the importance of an extended warranty on a ageing vehicle, (which i always take as you never know with used cars). The mot and service centre is super modern and realistically priced too. The company has won lots of awards and you can really see why. I would not go any where else now, customer for life.
Purchased a used Ford Fiesta (£6K) in October 2019 on day of collection it wouldn't start, I should have demanded my money back then. The sales guy got it jump started and off we went and yes you guessed it the same evening it failed to start again after parking at supermarket. After numerous phone calls the business owner (Nick) came to our home replaced the battery and the car started. The battery was only a red heron as there was underlying issues with the vehicle that came to light 3 days out of the 3 month warranty. I was presented with a £1000 bill to get the car running and asked Nick for my money back. No way was he going to do that after all he had £6K of my money and didn't want the pile of c**p back he had sold me. Anyhow the car has since failed to start again today but I shall not bother ringing the delightful Nick to discuss further repairs! I hope if you are reading this you have the good sense to stay well clear of this crowd, I only wish I had done due diligence and had never set foot onto the Martin Brothers Motor Company car lot. Incidentally I rate them zero stars in every category

'Contactless' sales and delivery is a great idea. The car was brought to us for a test drive. Controls and handles were wiped down and I was given a pair of inspection gloves for the drive. The car was well presented and accurately described. Delivery was also contactless. Staff were friendly, open, and skilled.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Martin Brothers in buying my new car. Excellent from start to finish.
Purchased a Nissan Juke photos looked great, went to pick it up and it was awful, and not a true reflection of the car I viewed. I am now having to go through rewinding the finance, the garage is refusing to refund deposit, even trhough it was purchased via distance selling, so they illegally have my money. They are also ignoring all communication. Please view your car do not buy online as you may be in my situation. Dishonest and really bad car, photos can be shared if anyone want them. Car trims were loose, big dent in tailgate, wheels rusty, scratches all over car, including black marks on handles (white car) and big scratch on dashboard. Be very weary. Thanks for reading. Susan
