bought a car from here 8/11/24 engine management light went on day after-no sensors working Mark. Jewell claimed his wife had been driving it and hadn’t noticed!! i wanted to return for full refund he said although my right to the company are going. into liquidation absolute lies- trading standards financial authority & solicitor contacted- Mark says they sell rare cars - yeah absolute rubbish i’d give 0 stars if that was an option

Bought a car Ford for over 10000 and it was a massive problem ie wouldn’t start after 9 months after several attempts where they tried to bodge the job John grose fixed it under there warranty which we bought. But Micheal said he’s not paying. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys and certainly not a warranty.

I accompanied my Father recently to buy a new car. He was treated with respect by knowledgeable, experienced staff who provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I bought a lovely top of the range car which after a year (out of warranty) developed major engine faults and was virtually scrap. Now I have no car and owe £4,800 finance! The dealer wasn't interested but did offer to try and get me "cheap parts"

I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Michael who owns Martlesham car centre for £8000 fourteen weeks ago! The engine started making terrible noises a few days ago and Michael said it's not his responsibility! I've been told it's the injectors. The Consumer rights Act tell me the garage should pay for repairs or refund,

Wish I had read these reviews before buying a vehicle from Martlesham Car Centre, bought with a years MOT, it was apparent that the MOT was not done correctly and there have been horrendous issues, dealer lied blatantly about pre sale repairs, was rude, threatening and very aggressive when the issues were raised, avoid these people. I have reported to Vosa regards the dodgy MOT and they have accepted my complaint.

Hi, just a quickie DONT GIVE A DEPOSIT. I didn't sign anything now won't refund money, will be going to small claims! I was totally honest with salesman as found a different car (but if I had said I've just crashed the car he would have refunded me the money so it doesn't pay to be truthful does it!!! Thanks. NOT BE CAREFUL JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS OUCH SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING !!!!!

WE traded in our two cars and bought two cars on the same day from Martlesham Car Centre. One for us and another for our daughter. All very nice and obliging at this stage when your buying. However the car we picked for ourselves had problems within 4 days. We telephoned Martlesham Car Centre and spoke to the same salesman and agreed that we could change the car to another in their stock that was approximately £1,000 more expensive. We went back to change the car but when we was there Martlesham Car Centre suddenly wanted an extra £1,500 and would not take our offer of £1,200. All the nice smiles and chat had gone, we asked for our trading car back, but their words were, "were not going to un stitch the deal" (presumably meaning we were stitched up to start with ) very cold and a typical used car dealer. They say they have a 7 day no quibble return policy, don't believe it, we went back after 4 days, they lie on this fact, beware. We are now in the process of trying to sell this car, as we are not happy with it at all. I do not recommend Martlesham Car Centre.
