She was very patient with me and all the questions I had, and this made me feel at ease buying my car. I got the car checked out by my uncle who is a mechanic and the car is in very good condition. Master cars gezina sold me car with water problem they delivered the car on the 30 sep 2020 on the 04 November i reported that the car is using lot of water bt yesterday on 11 March 2021 thet told me y i bring the car today they said if the fix it i have to pay for parts then i took the car from their work shop before i could get out of pretoria the car was mixing water and oil

    Sell faulty vechicles avoid like the plague   By Andrew D | 25 Jun 2020   Bought a Vauxhall vivaro from them. The ecu went within weeks of buying. Cost more to repair than the cost of the van. Absolutely avoid this place. Also if you check them out on google reviews pay close attention. Notice how most of their positive reviews have history of only ever giving 1 review. Think about what that means for yourself

Very disgusted how my call was handled by a woman and a dodgy m.o.t was sold to a friends car and had very bad experience always fobbing you off. They take your money and run. Please stay well clear away from Master cars Blackburn.

Absolutely rubbish. The cars are are old scrapers. Please be aware of them . They don’t pressure you because they know they are selling rubbish cars . I looked under a couple of cars and saw rust and even some welding on one . I ended up going elsewhere for a car . I would go elsewhere and pay more out for a reliable car that is safe for you . They don’t deserve any stars .

Bought week ago car from them and i only drive 2 miles and engine stop working not even have this car 15 min. I lost 100£ with deal with them because they sell faulty car and not returned deposit. Car show 5000m on clock but have more service book show this car do in one month 1500miles so be careful if u decided buying car from them!

Bought car had to take back twice! Still not fixed was promised fuel money and then they kicked off! Wouldn't recommend them.

This is actually my second car. I am very pleased with the service and the staff are indeed helpful.

I bought a car from Master Cars Blackburn, it had so many faults it was dangerous, I was driving around in what I thought was a safe car, because they put a 12 months MOT on it and it had an RAC warranty, which I now know isn't worth the paper it's printed on. It had Bald tyres, 4 Shock absorbers that weren't working, Corroded brake disk, brakes that were knackered, ineffective hand brake, Ball joint knackered and the list goes on. Go spend your money else where. So far I have spent over nearly £800 I now realise the clutch is also dodgy, which I should have picked up on the sale because he said you have to dip it twice. I feel like I have been taken for a Mug but I am taking legal action. Another tip look at Master Cars Blackburn Ltd on face book read the reviews, out of 26 cars sold 9 were really bad that is poor.

I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend if you want to be left alone to choose. I would recommend Master Cars Blackburn to my family and friends.

I bought a car from Master Cars Blackburn in the past and I discovered that it had a crack in the engine block as soon as I drove off as the engine was overheating. I had to buy a new second hand engine and trading standards negotiated with them and they paid half of the cost.

I was surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and was happy with the service - I don't like to be pressured and hassled. I would recommend Master Cars Blackburn and would go back. I am very happy with the car I brought.

I bought a very tidy Mini Cooper from Master Cars Blackburn Their service was spot on. After only a few days the air bag warning light came on and wouldn't go off. They fixed it F.O.C. I would recommend you read the RAC Warranty that offered as it covers very little. I would buy from them again.

Was told vehicle would come with 12 months MOT on purchase when paying deposit. Document switched when finalising, and wasn't given the current MOT certificate. Vehicle only has 3 months MOT and done 53k miles from the old MOT certificate provided (dated Sept 2015). Stay away from this outfit.

Broke down a few yards from the showroom. They came and took the car and rang up to say it's the fuel pump. They fixed it and after that had problems with it. Took it back and asked for a refund but was refused. Wouldn't go to them again absolutely a joke of a car dealers. Do not buy a car from them, go elsewhere.

Bought a car from this Dealer in December 2015, approximately 30 minutes later the engine warning light came on. The dealer refused to look at the car and referred me on to the RAC as I had purchased one of their 3 month warranties. The Dealer had said explicitly that the warranties provided 'peace of mind, because you know that if anything goes wrong you're covered'. After taking the car to a RAC approved garage, the RAC were notified about the issue which turned our to be a sensor fault however neither they nor Master Cars would agree to cover it. Since then the car has needed numerous parts replacing and work doing. In addition to this, despite advertising the car has having had a recent timing belt change I was provided with no evidence to back this up. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Master Cars and would not trust them again.

Would never use them again. Rac warranty not as you would think. All they do is pass the book. just bought a car and they said that any repairs have to do them my self. faults on the car so far is front and back brakes and disc no good wiper blades same . two front struts corroded. no headed seat one side, alternator and steering belt came off. handbrake sticks. so stay clear unless you have plenty money to spend.
