5 stars. Great service from start to finish. From the moment I contacted John at Maundrell and Co, he was super responsive and efficient with my questions even providing an additional video upon request. The negotiation was very simple and satisfactory. When I travelled to collect the new car I was given a lift from Didcot Parkway station instead of me taking a taxi. Upon arrival at the office to collect the new car I was given full comprehensive details and instructions about the new car. I would recommend Maundrell and Co to my friends and family in the future.

Good, friendly service and very open and accommodating on helping to sort a few issues with the car. I've probably dealt with most of the team at one point or another, and without fail they were all very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. A very good experience overall.

John was exceptionally helpful throughout the purchase of my camper van – even sending over videos with tips and tricks which I really appreciated. I haven’t planned any epic holidays in it just yet, but I’ve got a good feeling it’s going to be great. Big thanks to John for being so easy to reach and always giving great advice. I’ve been making the most of the sunshine and absolutely loving driving the TTS in this weather. I genuinely can’t fault the service I received from Maundrell & Co. I was looked after by John and another chap (whose name I can’t quite remember), but both were great guys. What stood out most was their honesty — they walked me through the service history thoroughly and even pointed out a small dent, which most dealerships wouldn’t bother mentioning. I’d definitely buy from them again and I’m really happy with every aspect of the purchase.

What impressed me most about John at Maundrell's was how organised and proactive he was. I’d arranged to test-drive three vehicles, and two of them were prepped and ready by the time I arrived—he was absolutely on it. I ended up going for a Porsche Boxster S and it’s been a great choice. I’ve already taken it on a couple of road trips and loved every minute—long may the good weather last! I’d highly recommend Maundrell & Co to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I must say I absolutely love the Ferrari we bought from Maundrell's back in February. It was the MD’s car, so I’m sure he was a little sad to see it go—but we’re thoroughly enjoying it and can’t wait to make the most of it this summer. My 5* rating ultimately comes down to both John & Jonathon being both honest and keeping to their words and resolving the few issues I had quickly and efficiently, and keeping me updated.
