He’s one of the few people that says something and truly means it. Darren is unique, it's very rare to meet someone as genuine as him. I won’t even hesitate to say he treated me better than some of my friends and family. When I initially bought the car, he mentioned he would get the parcel shelf ordered for me. He contacted me last week and said he got the parcel shelf. I almost forgot about us discussing it and nearly bought one myself. When I came in to collect it with my wife, he introduced himself and felt like an old friend. When I brought the car down during the heatwave, as I heard some rattling from the front, he offered to get me some ice cream from the ice-cream van. The issue ended up being some gravel stuck behind the brake dust shield that got in there when I was at Donington Park. I’m over 50 now, so I’d choose an automatic next time. I’ve let Gary know if he gets any Peugeot 3008 in automatic, as the 3008 I got from them has been amazing! I don’t think I could go to a different dealership, as Concept-R has been that good.

The S5 is lovely. They were really good down at the Maundrell dealership. John was great. I’ve had A5s for about 10 years, if not more, and I’ve decided I'm having a midlife crisis, so I wanted something with a bigger engine.

The C43 has been fine. I went with the C43 AMG as it's reliable, and It’s fuel efficient… compared to the C63 AMG.

The dealership is close to where I live, and they are renowned in the area for their service and the cars they stock and sell. I also found out that I knew the owner when I arrived. Maundrell have been looking after us really well, and they've been an amazing provider. I’ve got a couple of friends who have had cars from them as well. All the cars they sell are pristine and really well looked after. I’ve been enjoying the Audi S5 cabriolet I got from them.

John Walpole is fantastic so knowledgeable and helpful. He is supported by a great team. The car I bought was well prepared and a joy to drive I am extremely happy to have discovered such a brilliant car sales establishment who only deal with first class cars and provides a service to match.

The Golf was bought as a surprise for my wife's 40th, and she loves it. They bent over backwards, and the whole process was brilliant. If I were to buy another car, I would have a look to see what they had available, I'd give them the top rating.

Absolutely brilliant experience buying my Porsche 911 from Maundrell's & Co. I’ve now bought two cars from them and they’re absolutely great to deal with. John was excellent throughout and the whole process was spot on. I’d recommend them to anybody without a shadow of a doubt. In fact, I was so confident in them after my first purchase that I bought my last 911 over the telephone. That says everything really about the trust I’ve got in the dealership. The car has been perfect, exactly as described, and the service has been very, very good throughout. I’d happily go back there tomorrow.
