I haven't had any reason to go back to MDM Motor Group since the sale as fortunately the car has been faultless. On the 2 occasions I went to the dealership, first to view the car and then to pick it up, I had no problems with them, they wont win any awards for customer service but they were helpful enough and answered any questions I had.

Friendly and helpful enough during the sale but MDMA Motor Group let themselves down afterwards, said they would fix some chips and scratches but didn't, said they would put me a full tank of fuel in as I was paying the asking price but didn't. Once they had my money the service wasn't good. I'm not sure if I would recommend them to other people to buy a car from.

I would go back to MDM Motor Group given they had a car I want, the customer service could be better but I was expecting that as I'd read a few reviews saying exactly that, more of a transaction than a sales experience. I'm happy with the car though and that's what matters.
